Only slow to me when I'm first trying to get on.

No Azaxx. We do not have any connection to IP boards. We hold a license for their product only.

Upstream providers are the companies i buy internet from for the servers. So kinda like your regular home ISP but a little more complex. Seems one of there routers was randomly dropping packets from certain connections but should all be fixed now.
