  3. Halo Community Feedback Program Announced In a recent move to get the community even more engaged with the development of Halo, 343Industries announced today the Halo Community Feedback Program, a series of surveys over the coming months to those who sign up. This comes as a welcome surprise to many Halo fans, especially after the controversial Halo 5 Beta earlier this month. According to the FAQ on Halowaypoint, "The goal of the program is to get better insights from Halo fans about the games they love." 343Industries expects members of the program to take small surveys each month, which are then complied and given directly to design teams with 343I. They plan to mix who gets which survey each time one comes out, to help vary the results. 343i expects to share the results back to the survey takers, and get additional feedback as development goes on. Additionally, 343Industries promises "to provide unique perks for people who join." What those perks will be has not been announced, however 343I did mention they plan to make sure people know who the survey takers are. Although not all the surveys will be explicitly about Halo, 343I hopes to gain valuable insight from the Halo community. To join the program, one must reside within the United States or the European Union, needs an xbox live account, and an e-mail to receive the monthly surveys. 6. Feel free to stick around, we have some events going on in the near future if you are interested, otherwise feel free to browse the rest of the forums. It's always nice to have a new face with new ideas and thoughts be on the forums. If not, see you on the virtual battlefield!
  7. Sign in online at Xbox.com. Go to "my account." Look at the expiration date for your live. If you met the qualifications to get a free month, you will have been credited. It was an automatic crediting system, and gave no notification to players (trust me, I am one of them). If for some reason after doing this you still believe that you were not credited, go to Xbox Support. They will be able to tell you if your account was credited, and if not, will be able to credit you it if you are able to prove you played before the 19th of December. If you need proof, I would suggest showing them an unlocked achievement from MCC from before that date. If they refuse or send you to 343i, ask to speak with a supervisor. I would suggest doing this online, as you will be able to give them a direct link to your achievements.
  8. Playdate may resume tonight around 8 EST. Feel free to start up a lobby around then.

  16. As we are only a fan forum, we can't help with an errored code. I am confused at why you have a code for Nightfall, unless you mean a code for the Halo Channel. I may be able to help with any Halo Channel issues (like not being able to watch Nightfall without buying Halo MCC from the browser), but not a wrong code you received for it. Anyways, if it truly is a code error, then you need to head over and post on Halowaypoint.com. You might want also to contact BS Angel directly about the issue.
