From what I have seen, he is only stepping down as a mod. Frankly, mods need a break here and there, even extended ones, and the last couple of months have been hard on any still here. Many members have left over the last few months. It is sad really, that so many have not been on since Halo 4 came out. -

Well, I did enjoy playing duals on Boundless back in Halo 3. If the weapons were properly balanced, then yes, I would love to see them back.

Oh, this happened in Halo 3 as well. Basically, you "hid" your team mates who weren't playing in certain areas, and only someone who looked in the area would find them. With all the people who didn't play Halo 3, many people tried to make the game fairer and not have the other team kill the people who weren't playing. There are some places on Valhalla where people rarely go/look.

You get it by leveling up. You unlock most emblems before 50. The rest are specialization emblems or commendation emblems.
