I don't, it makes people play objectively. You let your team mate without a power weapon pick it up. If you happen to be the only person, then you have to make a decision to take the flag or not.

It is much harder to make a good, not repetitive btb map now. Although many people did that in Reach as well, there was still a good variety of places to forge.

I agree, I believe that the people who were contracted to make the forge worlds were not thinking on a large scale. They could have done so much more and made forge in Halo 4 so much better.

the assault rifle is bestowed at closer ranges, if you are being beaten by a dmr, then the longer distance of the dmr, gives them the advantage

Well, Reach did have dlc, 3 map packs in fact, not including Halo anniversary. I respect you Ideas, but I think your thoughts would be better directed to 343i's forum, halo.Xbox.com

There are very strict Xp limits for daily and a max rank limit for the first month. After a month, the xp cap for a day will be really high. The reasons to make sure people don't get unfair advantages early (specializations are still being checked for problems) and Also to make sure people stay with the game for a while.
