The reticule is annoying and the Gauss turret reload is too slow but other than that I think they're fine.

I've played BO2 and it's exactly the same multiplayer as every game before it. Nothing ever really changes and Halo 4 has new features to multiplayer and is updating with new playlists all the time. I've got to say Halo 4 all the way.
