I would imagine that his psychological state is also being examined. it seems to me that the MC is spending a lot time out of his armor now, so that may make him feel more like a human which I don't think he nows how to coupe with.

I think john didn't follow Del Rio's orders because the captain seemed a bit unstable at the time. It was like he was on a power trip or something. that's just the feeling I got from everybody else that was in the room. even Palmer didn't follow his orders to arrest john, not that there's anything she could have done.

I like your idea, but it dosen't come off as a firefight game mode. it sounds more like a spartan ops mission tbh. I would like to see them shake up firefight though. instead of having the same bonus wave every time I think they should have pelicans come in and drop off some mantis' or scorpian's or various power weapons. then have a bonus wave of any random enemy in the game. if you get through it alive you get to keep the drop off. or maybe use your acquired points to order in new things like vehicles weapons or bonus lives.

I think it would have to use the halo ball gametype. to bad it's not in halo 4.
