    I love reading and playing video games with my friends. I especially enjoy the Halo games (obvious considering I'm here), just about any game published by Bethesda, and the books I enjoy the most are those of the series: A Song of Ice and Fire. That's all. :D

    Rapidly spiraling doward into a state of depression at the moment. Any actual tips on how to avoid becoming depressed again? I don't mean any of the BS answers people give either.

      im still a bit in my, but it helped me alot to talk to some one, not a random person a person that is sort of specialised about depression
