lol okay you can't call yourself a Halo fan if you're gonna stop playing just because Elites won't be playable. Besides, I'm sure 343i has a good explanation for it. It's 343i's first true Halo game, give'em a little brake. I'm just happy that there will be a Halo 4! I thought Reach was the last one for some time!

Alright guys, this is a little forum game I'd thought I'd post. Basically you just say ANY word of a subject form the Halo universe. It can be anything from Halo, weapons, names, objectives, etc. And the person below you has to say what comes to their mind first then they say a subject from Halo! That simple. EXAMPLE: ME: What does the word "Halo" bring to your mind first? NEXT POSTER: A giant ring. What does the word "Elite" bring to your mind first? NEXT POSTER: *answers then says their word* I'll start us off. "Spartan"

Yeah that's what I was gonna say. Maybe as DLC. Frank stated that since Spartan Ops will eventually come to a conclusion an Elite Ops is a thought. He said something like that, I'll have to read it again. But maybe the Elite Ops could be like a secret mission undercover as rebel Elites, trying to find out more about the Covenant and their plans. Or just an Elite side of any story. The story is the problem we run into :/ Where will it be placed, when will it take place and, what are the Elites doing?

Halo's story, Master Chief, and the competitive multiplayer. STORY: Halo has no doubt one of the best stories out there. Completely fictional and makes players always wanting more. I love how there's more than 2 factions in the story and it tells of an advanced Alien threat trying to takeover the universe. MASTER CHIEF: Master Chief has always been the hero. Bungie have taken Spartan 117 from us for 5 years now! FIVE! This masked hero we've all grown close to and we all miss him. He's the apposed last Spartan living so it gives him that really important feeling. In campaign you feel the hype from Marines and ODSTs as they realize MC is a Spartan. Master Chief makes Halo unique and has players bond to the game. Especially since we do not know what he looks like. Multiplayer: I haven't been dissatisfied of any Halo games multiplayer. Sure some are better than the other but I love how competitive the game is! You can't go all guns blazing, you have to have controlled burst and know how to use your grenades. In CoD you can literally just 'spray' your weapon, holding down the trigger. That does not take skill at all. In Halo you have a shield to take down and then that final headshot or few bullets take out your enemy. You actually have to work to kill your opponent, something most FPS games don't have anymore.

Hahaha I used to have this as my texttone lol. Was probably one of my favorites. But I still think a prestige mode would be nice to have, just seriously depends on the ranking system.

Three times the size of forge world?! Are you insane!? Hemorrhage and Paridiso are already big enough! And a transport vehicle would be nice to have. I've always wanted to hop on one in campaign lol. But that's about the only thing I really agree about. Everything else is just....not needed. Maybe if Halo 4 is an MMO but not how it is now. Maybe it could be called "Dash" similar to Resistance 3's Dash on the PS3. I love using dash in R3! Would be cool to have in Halo 4 as well. It' could be the new Sprint in Halo 4 lol, use it to get away from enemies like you did with Sprint in Reach.

I don't think I could say it any better than this guy. I use the DMR in Reach. I use it because the weapon is beast, if you know how to use it, it's in my gamertag (BezerkedDMRiot), and it's my favorite weapon overall. Although getting the DMR was fairly easy, just get Bungie Pro, so there's not too much to be happy about getting it lol.

So I was reading a post containing a lot of Halo 4 info and there was something about a possibility of "Elite Ops" in Halo 4. It'd be nice to have as it could show some story from the Elite side of the UNSC. I don't know about you guys, but I'd like to see an Elite Ops sort of game. I read that there might be an "Elite Ops" similar to Spartan Ops. That would be cool. Hopefully it tells more of a Covenant story side.

Good point. I edited the poll so now you can choose which fits you best. And I agree, I would like prestige ranks in Halo 4 but overall the balanced gameplay, fun, and good maps is the most wanted.

BF3 at the most! CoD doesn't require too much skill to get a kill. At least in Battlefield 3 you can't hold the trigger down or that forbid recoil/muzzle lift will get you good! I like Black Ops a little, but no where near BF3.

I'm like a Brigadier Grade 3 I think. Yeah I'm a Brigadier Grade 3 because I remember wanting the gold bars sooooo bad! lol. But I'm a General in one of the ranked playlists.

As we all probably know, a lot of games allow you to prestige/restart your ranking progress once you reach the highest rank in a game. You get a new rank symbol and start all of the ranking process back. In Halo 3 and Reach I've seen many players at the highest rank. But I was wondering if Halo 4 should have prestige ranks, maybe called "1st Spartan" for the first prestige. I've heard in some Sparkcasts that everybody at the 343i studio is rank 50. So maybe there won't be a prestige kind of ranking but would you like one? I know I would, well if it was mixed with Halo 3 AND Reach's ranking system. Prestige ranks show how many times you've achieved the highest rank/level and that you are, most likely, a really good player especially if Halo 4's ranking system is like Halo 3's.

True but it has no more bloom so I think that's really good. Bloom really gets me in Halo: Reach :/

This is pretty cool Although I was on a site called "HaloCharts" that had a similar ranking system and you ranked up by getting "Good Posts" given by other members so that site was a bit harder. Anyways, thanks for the help!
