Sry, that's all what's left from my school english I didn't do anything bad like cheating, boosting or whatever. I did leave some matches before time- or kill-limit was reached - that's all. But for this you only have to deal with a 15min time ban as I know... I think the fact that not my whole account was resetted (as I said I still have the "Brigadier" rank and some of the high-leveled armor-parts) and only random items of the amory were locked shows that this isn't an official penality for cheating etc, but possibly it's something like a database error...

EDIT: problem solved. All items I bought before are unlocked again and I just have to rebuild my ingame-character. Still don't know what had happen but... whatever... over and out Thread can be closed Yesterday my Reach Account (pnkGER88) was almost completely resetted. I still have my rank (Brigadier) but that's nearly all what's left. My multilpayer character and emblem look like the normal ones you start with when playing the first time. Most of the amory stuff I've already buyed is locked again so that I have to buy it again now. This really sucks. Is there any possibility that I can get my "old profile" back? How it happened in detail: - End of SWAT match - "congrats - you reached an new rank" -> I didn't! I'm still a "Brigadier" - "x credits reward for being a new noble team member" -> Actually I've played ~100 hours online AND I'm already a Brigadier!!! - "unloked new items in the amory" -> can't be... see above... -> almost everything in the amory was locked again and even the things which I buyed beforde and are still unlocked are shown as "new items". For example: "MJOLNIR Mk. V Helmet", "Tactical/Soft Case" and "Black Visor Color" are still unlocked - most other armor parts aren't. I also get asked if I want to install the "New Halo CE Anniversary Addon", which - of course - I've installed about 6 months ago... Any suggestions?
