    well mc was brought up knowing only combat and tactics etc, were as the cap signed up at recruitment age. they are both roughly the same age biologicaly, so chief has more experiance. i dont really see cap out hinking mc because of this so, realisticaly its probly more of a stalemate. but im bias towards master chief
