Almost anything said by the prophets or by the gravemind tends to be a great example of writing. Here's a few that are almost poetic in rhythm and design that I love. ~ "You are one of our most treasured instruments. Long have you led your fleet with honor and distinction, but your inability to safeguard Halo was a colossal failure." ~ "With appropriate humility, we plied the Oracle with our questions, and it with clarity and grace has shown us the key. ~ "You will journey to the surface of the ring and retrieve this Sacred Icon. These quotes are not epicly funny but they are great to me.

well they most certainly did not confirm it. And from what we know about Halo 4 through video, pictures, and deductive reasoning it doesn't seem like a likely thing for Halo 4. Bringing the arbiter back is something for far later Halo games or a Covenant Background video game. Welcome to the website! Our wonderful little corner of the internet!

My main reasoning is that while all the other playdates are great they are scarce. I think it would strongly benefit the community to have a weekly/bi-weekly playdate for this community. And then being able to share the recap with the rest of the community would work to entice new participants as well as fuel discussion and good memories for the distant future.

Not sure if anybody will follow my logic here. IMHO the Halo sniper rifle Needs to be built. The Halo Reach sniper was built. It doesn't need to be thin or fat. (its fat right now) They can make it have some weight and mass to it but it should be more of a dense weight than a bulky weight. There is no reason to include anything that doesn't serve a purpose. The side scope they added to the Halo 4 sniper rifle was completely unnecessary. They could have done it ten times better if they did the scope like the Halo Reach sniper.

Added a video of game-play so that people can see it in-game as well. I think that covers all aspects of the redesigned sniper.

So I realized that I never really made an intro thread and therefore should formally take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am SweatyBagels. I am a proud supporter of 343 industries, Bungie, and all good video game development. I am a scholar athlete on the high school level and am getting college intrest for my skills in football as an offensive lineman. (guard) My favorite video game of all time is Half Life 2 (IKR its not Halo booooo), closely followed by H2, then all the other Halo games, and then finally ending it off with Dead Space 1. I like rock music but primarily listen to hip-hop style songs. My favorite color is Bright Lime Green (Its actually black), and my favorite nfl team is the Atlanta Falcons. College team would have to be Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

The sounds you were hearing during gameplay might still be placeholder sounds though. That is they are not final and were just put in so that testers would get to hear something instead of nothing. I'm not sure. Liked.

The one they showed was the smallest of the three despite being incomplete when shown. So I'd imagine the other two are close in size to Reach's Forge World.

Depends on what you're famous for. I would rather have my money and be unknown then to be a rich actor who's career is dependent on the subjects of the darn (lol) public and critiques. Would you rather eat only tofu for the rest of your life... or only really dark, incredibly bitter chocolate with no water to wash the taste out.

Just a personal suggestion based on my past experiences on video game forums. The site should add a weekly halo game-night preferably on friday night because that's most likely to be free for everyone. There would be a thread to sign up on as well as a recap every week after the festivities are done. Would be great to get to know the members of the community more. I know there are ton's of members in the shoutbox who I'd like to get to know but don't have the time to individually play with all of them.

I do somewhat agree with your other points but feel the need to point out that except for the rocket launcher which is debatable, all of these weapons do require a certain degree of skill to use. Namely the sniper rifle.

Great video once again TrulyExclusive. My favorite was actually #8. It was quite the extermination and that player completely saved his teams butts. -
So in the new Halo 4 forge video we saw a player drive a mongoose through several blue fields that seemed to have a significant effect on the gravity of the area. I believe that it is safe to say that we will be getting different zones to alter gravity with on our maps. The unlimited possibilities that this will open up for casual maps and competetive maps is amazing. - Spartan Tetris - Spartan Bowling - Obstacle Courses - elevators - UT3 remake of Demios - Underwater swimming - launch grenades back at enemies when they fall below map I could go on forever. What do you guys think that you will be doing with this new feature to Halo 4 forge?
