Yeah its definitely going take a bit of adjustment to it. But once a person does it will be just like the past games or any other title you pick up. It will work out and become mormal/second nature, like the addition AA's in Reach.

Thank you to all the reasonable people in here... All these things people are complaining about Halo 4 "stealing" from CoD is just annoying as can be. Like CoD were the first ones to do them anyway.. And you want to talk about a direct steal from anything, it would be what all these CoD fanboys love so much that got taken DIRECTLY from Halo... The Theater and the ability to clip, save, and share your gameplay and screenshots.. Or do people forget about that one.. to all the ragers.. Just calm the hell down and just wait. The game isn't finalized yet and even with what they are doing as of now, it will still be a GREAT game and a welcome change. And for all those complaining about the "lack of competitiveness" learn that rank doesn't equal the level of competitiveness. It is your skill and your teamwork. and boo freaking whoo "I don't have a little number to show off my skill level". If you are truly in it for the competitiveness and not your your own little ego trip then you shouldn't care about that at all.... Ahhh. How I can't wait for all these people complaining to get the game on release day or soon after and love it, just to have to eat their words/deny ever saying anything bad about it. And honestly, if you hate it that much, then just don't buy it, you won't be missed.

Finally seeing some reasonable, logical members of the forum.. Thank you for finally standing up and saying "that's enough!" You all are the type of people I look forward to playing Halo 4 with/against.

All these arguments ECT... is why I just post my info on my intent to expand my newish community, into the halo franchise... And no offense to either party, but the extensive obsession with Sangheili or Spartan only "clans" just baffles me. But that may just be because of what I believe should be the fundamentals of a clan or community. Not the appearance but how well the members get along and play together.

Well they have said there will be more customization than in reach.. So I'm sure A LOT of past permutations and new ones will be in 4

Very true.. lol there are just too many ends still open and too many options... lol.. I just the armor as a whole is at least just as customizable as in reach, if not more so... Would hate to have to pick between complete armor sets... want to have asymetrical shoulders as i always do... I hate having the same thing on both sides... lol

While this may be true, and it wouldn't get boring to thousands of loyal players of the francise.... They aren't, and I wouldn't ever expect them to, focus on those thousands of players..... They are, and need to focus on the MILLIONS of other players that are getting bored of the same thing over and over... And also on those players that haven't been drawn into the Halo franchise by this point... The Point is, you are correct there are thousands of players that wouldn't mind it to stay the same... But there are MILLIONS that they want, and NEED to target to ensure the growth of the franchise for future games.

^This exactly..... Yeah we should have a voice to a point... but not everyone is going to agree on the same things... But that is also where you start talking in forums like this about what you would like in a game or some "brilliant ideas" you have BEFORE all the "set-in-stone" release dates are announced. So when they are in the major developement phase of a game, they can think about these ideas, if they are actually practical and constructive instead of just flaming about "what I want" ect... And for that to actually happen it would have to be everyone agreeing as a community in said situation, not just everyone just blurting out "This is what I want"... it should a colaborative "This is what WE would like to see as a community of loyal gamers" to acutally make an imprint on a future game.

Definitely gonna have to go with a clan function like on Halo 2 would be nice.. but will work out fine with or without. Having a seperate list to invite people from to get in a game is just a handy tool when you arent the type of gamer that just has your clan members as your only friends....

This Is definitely a game other than Halo 4 that I REALLY am anxious for... Will have a TON of customization, a great storyline, and a pretty good multiplayer if it is anything like Vegas and Vegas 2's multiplayer.

The BIG issue here is that everybody has that mindset that they are "stealing from other games"... When in the reality of the matter is that ALL games are constantly growing and learning from eachother's failures and successes... Also the Sprees ect.. popping up in the middle kind of makes sense seeing it, considering that in past interviews they mentioned that Infinity Ward has contributed to the developement of the game, along with people from the studios that did Metroid and Metal Gear Solid... There has always got to be some change and innovation to further a game franchise as technology and "other successes and failures" surface. And as always most people are going to complain and cry about changes, but then realize they are for the better when the game actually is in their console and they have the chance to actually play the finished product. All-in-all I am very excited and anxious to see what the finished product comes to be...

Also we do have a twitter account set up, though I need someone to be didicated to runing that, along with the YouTube channel.. both of which are listed as "DUgCommunity" YouTube channel is pretty bare currently with just a few CoD clips, due to Me having way too much to coordinate as it is right now in forming this division for the Halo franchise... So if you are a YouTube nut/wiz, or a Twitter junkie looking for a community, I could definitely use you currently.. lol.

True... and also like many people have said... the clips dont exactly demonstrate the best of aiming on the part of the player....

Think he was asking more about the fact of having more than just 1 color and then the white skin shown in all current clips... not so much focusing on primary colors...

there will definitely be A LOT of changes before the final release.. everything should turn out on a fairly even playing field... if not, it will be corrected soon after.

No matter how many different colors we may or may not have... I just hope they bring back black, and not just steel.....

I can understand and see how the confusion could be made... Might talk to you leader about that. Like me personally.. I did a lot of research before naming my community, searching for websites, leaderboards, ect... to find out if anything was like it already taken.. I take it that it is just one massive clan and doesnt impliment Divisions, or branches.... anyway... best of luck to you.. maybe we can set up a friendly match sometime. Of course I still have to finish establishing the first Division to my community dedicated to the Halo franchise... lol

yeah... They would lose Machinima, Rooster Teeth, ect.. without it.. And Rooster Teeth has already made 2 videos that I have watched, "Remember to not forget", or "Dont forget to remember"... i dont remember... LMAO... and "Save the data" both used the Halo 4 game, at least in the beta version.. so this being said and seen, I would think it is safe to assume that the theater will be in it as we are use to.. maybe with a few more feautres to make it better.... or more complicated.... lol
