I'm kinda questioning whether or not we will actually be playing as those characters. Until I see some confirmation of that theory, I'm going to believe that it is our own designed characters.

Oh come on, I found this to be funny. I think we can all use a little bit of humor to lighten things up a bit as we wait for Halo 4 to release. Damn, it's taking too long. lol "Patience. Use the Force. Think."

I'm in agreement here. Thank you. And, HaRmFuL HeDShoT, I apologize for sounding like a jerk. I just get frustrated sometimes when all I hear is complaining. You are entitled to your opinions. But, when you make your point, do it in a way that doesn't insult anyone else or the developers. Be thankful that we at least get another Halo game. Who knows, maybe the multiplayer will be half decent. We will have to wait and see. At least it appears that the campaign will be awesome.

All I need to know about the campaign right now is that it looks like it'll kick some major rear end! (Substitute "rear end" for any controversial word you deem would fit) I mean, seriously. The campaign alone is going to put all those "Halo" or "Halo 4" haters to shame.

You'd be better off emailing or writing a letter to 343 instead of complaining to the rest of us. However, at this stage, things are not going to change. So just can it, would ya? You're getting kind of annoying. If you don't like what Halo 4 will have to offer, then go do something else. If anything else, you're the blind follower if you're letting something as simple as a video game get you all butt hurt just because the developers don't want to make the game the way you want it. The rest of us don't give a rip if you like Halo 4 or not. I'm sick of trying to drill this into the heads of you fourteen year old children.

I think most people are just looking for an excuse to put down 343. Seriously guys, Halo 4 is changing. If you don't like that fact, then go away. No one else gives a damn but you. Go ahead, complain that Halo left you behind for something new. Isn't any sweat off my back. All this complaining, and for what? A video game? Seriously???? It's just a game people! It's not life! Yes, Halo has made a big impact on many lives, including my own. But this isn't going to keep me from letting it impact my life again for the better. I'm also not going to let something as pitiful as a video game tear me up like so many others seem to be letting it do to them. Halo 4 is going in the direction 343 wants it to go. If you can't stand that fact, then go away. Nobody else cares. Excuse me for being blunt.

i am sure that halo 4 will be awesome even though its being released in november. they look close to being done developing the game. wait too long and it wont come out for the 360 but will have to be put on the next xbox. ~ sent from cell phone

Changing the multiplayer at this point is pointless. They have already got a solid multiplayer implemented. Why would they change it when they are in the midst of creating a new Halo trilogy??? They've already got enough on their hands without us constantly harping at them for something as stupid as Halo Anniversary multiplayer.

Actually, from experience, 4GB is more than enough if all you're using it for is saved game files. But that's about it really. I bought a 60GB drive and am happy with it. But 4GB is perfect for people on a limited budget or for those who don't need the extra space. Edit: Consider it the new low-end 360. Edit 2: I also agree, however, that this subscription based 360 isn't worth it. Just an attempt to sucker someone into paying even more for their 360.

I think that it is for people who want to pay the least amount of money for a game console. When they see $200 on the 360 vs $300 on the PS3, they are more inclined the buy the 360, even if it doesn't have a hard drive since those can be added in later if the buyer wishes. I know that, at the time, $200 was a great deal for me. I also don't need a large hard drive, so the 60GB one works well for me.

I have a friend who has suffered from the RROD. He used to have one of the earlier model Arcades. About two years went by, and he was hit with the red ring. He then gave it to his brother in law who fixed it, and is still using it to this day. My friend now has a 360 elite which he has had for about two or so years and it's working well for him. He keeps all his consoles in a relatively cool environment. I have never had the RROD or RDOD since I've only had an Xbox 360 S 4GB that I bought with graduation money a year ago. However, I am currently awaiting for it to return from repairs as the internal wireless stopped working. So I'm hoping that it'll work perfectly fine again when I get it back. I also hope I get it back next week.

So what? Does this really matter? No. It's just a game. Come on! It's not a life style. Just get the darned thing and enjoy it for what it is. Be thankful that we are at least getting Halo 4. Excuse me? Before you try to insult somebody, think about it first. Right now, you just sound like somebody with a superiority complex.

I bought a 4GB 360 because it was cheaper than the PS3. Otherwise, I'd probably have spent my money on the PS3 so that I could have free online. However, I currently use a 60GB drive in my 360 (which the wireless in it quit working so I am waiting for it to return from being repaired) that I bought used at a GameStop. It technically isn't supposed to be used in the 360 S, but it can be. You just have to open up the casing for the drive and take the actual drive out of the casing and insert it inside the 360 S. You can probably find information about this on Google. Not sure if this voids warranty though. It didn't void mine, but I also didn't leave the drive in my 360 when I shipped it out for repairs.

I'm just not going to spend my time worrying too much about something so silly right now. When the game does come out, then I will make clear what I like and don't like. Either way though, I intend to have as much fun with it as possible.

I'm going to say this again. Halo 4 is NOT Halo. It's Halo 4. No matter what it turns out to be. Plain and simple. Personally, I'm most interested in the campaign.

I just like the fact that Halo 4 is coming out, period. Multiplayer sounds good overall. I'll save any harsh judgments for after I get a chance to play it.

You're right. This isn't Halo. It's also not Halo 2, 3, ODST, or Reach. It's Halo 4 for crying out loud. They can change whatever they want. If you don't like it, then that's too bad. So far, all I hear is complaints about how badly people want Halo 4 to be the same thing as Halo, Halo 2 or even 3. But, the truth is, making it in such a way does not make Halo 4. It just makes Halo 1 or 2. You want something new, you have to be willing to conform to something different. Otherwise, you're going to be left behind. No one else gives a crap as we're going to be enjoying it.

I'm seeing a lot of fanboyism here in respects to those complaining about the "possible" similarities between COD and Halo 4 multiplayer. Personally, I like COD, so this wouldn't spoil my multiplayer experience. To be honest, I've never really liked Halo multiplayer except for firefight. I'm after Halo 4 primarily for its campaign and overall story. Also, I don't think it's fair for any of us to judge 343 so harshly yet. Halo 4 hasn't been released yet, and until it does, we really have no idea whether or not 343 is "ruining" Halo. All we have right now is merely speculation. And yes, I will treat Frank O'Connor's statements as closely related to facts. This is because he is actually involved with Halo 4 and 343i. He knows more than we do. Therefore I am going to trust him a bit more than anyone else when it comes to Halo 4 information. Also, Cortana looks really hot in those pics! XD
