Many and varied. I am currently learning to surf. I love to SCUBA dive. Hiking can be a blast. So moving to Hawaii from Japan has been an awesome change. All of this outdoor time leaves less time for my 30 year old past time... video games. And when anything involving Halo pops up, I am captivated like a moth drawn to a UV light bug zapper.

I feel like you are getting really worked up about this. I apologize for fanning the flames.

I can see that you are right, and that I am wrong. I apologize for any transgressions I may have made. You are clearly a wise, rash individual, and I acted on stupid, impulsive empotions. Please forgive me.

I had been wondering the same thing myself. It certainly resembles the Didact's symbol, but it is not 100%. Of course, I don't have a whole lot of other Forerunner symbols to compare it against. I would have to imagine that there were TONS of different symbols and a symbol being filled in OR not being filled in... or turned upside down... or a different color is huge difference. I don't think the Didact would be angry about the destruction of a Halo array. I am onboard with Mendicant Bias being the bad guy at this point.

Loved Reach. I am probably too stupid to pick up on the technical things that people didn't like... but I really enjoyed the campaign. And the Forge and ForgeWorld were a blast to play around with. Really great tools.

The skins seem pretty awesome, but I would not pre-order just because you are worried about copies being sold out. It seems like those days are long gone with plenty of retail stores having a ridiculous amount of copies of the blockbuster games. The biggest reason for pre-ordering? Getting your money earlier so they can make more interest off of it in the long run. Ideally, you would be making your OWN interest on your cash, but unfortunately, the cost of a game doesn't make too much interest in six months. Then again, it is Halo 4. ORDER NOW!

This is the most ridiculous thread ever. I wish you could "dis-like" something. This whole thing should probably be posted under: "Clans you probably want nothing to do with."

This was a nice little vent. I am totally onboard with all of the points made. I think my own personal problem is I want people to be as excited about Halo as I am, and when they aren't, it rubs me the wrong way.

Fair enough. But the Didact's kiddos were all Warrior-Servants killed in battle. Battles with humans (probably on capital ships and different ground battles). Right? Maybe I read that wrong. And they should have all been mutating in the Didact's direction. I might be taking crazy pills here. If I am, just let me know.

While the Forerunners certainly had advanced technology, they weren't immortal. A great example is all of the Didact's children who were killed by humans. Plus I think the game would be over kind of quickly if a human COULDN'T kill them.

PS3=My Bluray player. Xbox360=Games and online videos. +Kinect for Dance Central for parties (it replaced Rock Band). I honestly find my PS3 just to be a pain in the ass. When I want to play a game, it usually requires an update that takes around five to ten minutes to update. If I want to go online, there is typically an update that needs to be downloaded and applied, and that normally takes over 10 minutes. Not to mention the new games that you have to wait for the install. Are these times REALLY that long? No, but when you expect to sit down and play something with the limited time I have available, I don't want to be surprised by a wait. It feels like those times you think you are about to drink a Dr. Pepper out of an unmarked cup and it is Diet Coke. It isn't "bad" but not getting the experience/taste you were hoping for is disappointing. Maybe I am biased, but I just ENJOY my Xbox ten times more than my PS3.

The second enemy has been repeatedly identified as a Promethean Knight. And I am pretty sure the big flying ball has been identified as a Cryptum. Somebody correct me if I am putting out bad gouge.

True, but when was the last time you have seen a Mister Chief? Fun to see regardless. -
I am only halfway through Cryptum, but it doesn't seem like the Didact hates humans. Is there some major change in the Didact where he would want to hurt humans...again? I am reading as fast I can, but feel free to let me know if I am missing something.
