Well Microsoft owns the rights to the songs, right? They could just patch them up if they need to and put them in the game.

Fallout 4 game discussion *SPOILERS*
WonderWombat replied to A71william's topic in General Discussion
It sounds to me that you don't want the game to have any difficulty. Giving enemies loads of health =\= difficulty. I'd rather have it so that it is even harder in the beginning and difficulty actually effects how enemies act making them harder to kill. But I don't see it happening as Bethesda will be more in favor of holding the players hand and showing them "cool" stuff around the map. -
I know what they should add, the UNSC flying vehicles.

No Easter eggs? What do you mean by this, because there were Easter Eggs in the game. And Universe secrets? You can go find the terminals then watch the videos on waypoint. It details somethings about the Universe. And hints to Halo 5 could be subjective as we wouldn't know if a hint was real or not until Halo 5 came out, for example the epilogue seemed to be a big hint. Plus they haven't be given time to even flesh out the villain. Take Star Wars for instance, Darth Vader is just there and he is bad because he is bad. Or even Halo CE, the Covenant is bad because they are. But due to a great deal of hindsight we don't see it this way, so wait until Halo 5 and 6 to have the characters be memorable or what not. Also, what 343 did was cater to the fans who have really devoted themselves to the Universe. I guess that they would rather have done that then try to just make an alright game that a lot could enjoy. So that is possibly a big answer to your questions.

I imagine that if it was popular among PC gamers that it would still be on the PC. But it wasn't very popular, so I don't think Microsoft would try.

I would like it if they just used the theme song, but nothing else. I enjoy most of the music that the game has in it, especially the Spartan Ops music.

Left Trigger shouldn't be zoom. Half of the guns can't zoom in the first place.

The game is on the Xbox 360, and there is so much going on, on screen and behind the scenes that the game will lag. The problem is that Halo 4 is a game for a 7 year old system that you can't upgrade, it will be laggy.

1. I don't think it should be twice as long as it could possibly end up just dragging the game out, but longer than Halo 4 for certain. 2. Halo 4 did take a lot from the books, but there was nothing besides floating through space for 4 years to compliment the story. For Halo 5 one game came before it, so it will have some stuff to draw on and expand, hopefully there is no problem here. 3. Maybe just a few, it isn't always the best choice to just throw all the old characters into the game. I had an idea where the Arbiter dies while fighting the Didact, now that would be emotional. 5. I agree, I don't see how the flood could return unless we traveled to Installation 05. There is no Gravemind to guide them, and the majority of them died when the Halo fired. Also the Flood was a test for reclaiming the mantle, and the humans passed, so the Flood have no reason to attack humanity again.

HALO II had the best campiagn! over-all.
WonderWombat replied to PublicAlliance's topic in Halo 2 + Anniversary
I never pushed an opinion. I pointed out something that didn't really pertain to a good campaign, then pointed out what things I thought weren't that great. Then there is no argument in "everyone's opinion is different". It is like a get out of jail free card. No one has yet to say anything to what I pointed out, except your "our opinions are different so you can't do anything." To me that says that you can't make a rebuttal. ...Oh wait I forgot, people liked it, so it is automatically a good game, nothing to do here. -

What, I can provide you evidence with why that is wrong. And thinking about a video game doesn't have to be "naive" (plus what is more simplistic than a popularity contest?) just because you have a controller, the stories can be great and complex. There was a time when video games only had story to run on. Even just recently some big art institute announced that Video games are art, so it seems like is there some different thinking going in there. -

This is just the kind of thinking that is turning gaming into a mainstream pile of garbage. Most companies think it is okay to dumb down their game to appeal to the masses. As they do this games become increasingly bad because writing is a thing of the past, gamplay is just a click of a button, more "cool" things and explosions happen, etc., but apparently because people buy them a lot they are gifts from god. If you want the industry to turn into "cool" things and gimmicks, then you can want that. Halo 2 did some of these things, which isn't all that bad. It wasn't even a bad game, but it wasn't a godsend like some people want to believe. -

No, by this logic things like Call of Duty, Justin Bieber, and Twilight are fantastic. This is clearly not the case. It isn't hard to think critically about something. -

There is a difference between Love and Hate and good and bad. Because you like something doesn't necesarily mean its good. Fir examble, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie Ab Lincoln Vamplire Slayer, but I also knew that it was a pretty bad movie. Also when Halo 2 was relevant, I really enjoyed it. I was 10-11 then though, so I didn't care much for the story. -
Halo CE, 2, and 3 all fall into that category.

WonderWombat replied to PublicAlliance's topic in Halo 2 + Anniversary
Well you just mentioned an upgrade of graphics and one cool moment in the game. By this logic, all new installments of Halo are the best. With the time.given, they were forced to cut things out, in doing so, they ended up with poor execution of the game, such as the Gravemind. It was the worst way to introduce a charcter, especially since they never even told you what it was. Also the level switching between the Arbiter and Chief felt awkward. And the list continues. -
Why Halo 2 ruined the game.
WonderWombat replied to Phillip Micheal Hanna's topic in Halo 2 + Anniversary
Halo 2 also had an "average at best" story. The intentions were good and theyvadded a lot of interesting stuff, but the overall execution was not very good. -
Naked Snake VS Master Chief (Who would win)

In Halo 5 the Chief is all bummed out and stuff. The UNSC gets a distress call from Sanghelios. They wonder over there to go help out and find that the Didact has an invading force attacking the planet. He plans to make an army from the elites, but later learns that the Arbiter is stopping this from happening. On the way to the Arbiter Chief's fighting skills are lacking and he is complimented by many marines and elites. Finally he gets to the arbiter in time to see him being killed by the didact. Chief tries to save him, but fails. The Arbiter's death is a big wake up call to the Chief and he gets his act together. During the last level you fight the Didact, and as you are about to strike the final blow, a big ball of light appears. A precursor steps out, curb stomps the Didact, then just looks at you. End game.

I lie in a corner and cry for half an hour, then refuse to play the game for 3 days.

Naked Snake VS Master Chief (Who would win)
WonderWombat replied to Gobblekin's topic in Member Created Work
Let's first start with the obvious. Chief has 500 years of technological advancement on snake, and has defeated a group of super advanced aliens from destroying the galaxy. Now Chief also has his Mjolnir armor which essentially obsoletes all of Snake's small arms and hand to hand combat. Plus it has motion sensor, so once Snake moves Chief can see him. And if you think Chief just guns stuff down you have n ever read the books.
