    No it won't come out next year. Releasing your biggest title onto an untested console is a horrible idea. The backlash from all the problems will hurt Microsoft not help them. They will wait a year or two like Halo 3 and make a quality product. When it releases more xbox's will have also been sold and the game will encourage more people to buy an xbox, so it will make more money releasing it later than immediately.

    The assault rifle is a lot better than what it is made out to be. You just have to know when to use it. If you get Haven as the map you probably shouldn't use it, but if you get Adrift you won't do that bad. You just have to be a little smart about using the gun instead of rushing and shooting and hoping for a beat down.

    With all the changing of equipment it seems that it could be that the Xbox is the problem and not the game itself. Or it is possible that some file was corrupted during the downloading process. Have you just tried clearing the cache for your xbox? That is usually the first thing the xbox customer service people tell you.

    The most effective way I have used was the Gravity Hammer. It's faster than the Incinerator cannon and you can still run around pretty easily.

    I don't think you should be able to counter assassinations. If you could people would just stop assassinating and just get beat downs.

    Halo 4 means a great new story, interesting lore, and more books will be added to the Universe. I could care less aboit the way matchmaking goes.

    I always just assume that not doing anything for a bit allows everything to catch up for you. This is probably completely wrong, but I don't care, it still works for me.

    Well just in case it isn't a server problem check your internet connection, could be a simple solution. Or check your disc for any problems. I recently discovered that mine has a large laser burn in it, but it is causing other problems. Lastly whenever it lags for me, I sit in a corner and crouch for 10-15 seconds. For me the problems tends to be solved by this, don't take this as a reliable way to fix it though.

    Your are only visible when you are in the direct line of sight. Other than that you are basically invisible when Promethean vision is used.

    It isn't a problem for me. Every time it drops me in a game neither side has over 100 points in any gametype.

    I don't think it is on purpose because I have found my weapon numerous times. But I am also victim to the disappearing weapons.

    I guess I'm lucky not having to deal with server issues...but that is definitely not because my disc has a huge laser burn on it.
