    Recon is really close to Halo 3. X and LB are different, that's about it. I was disappointed that a Reach-esque control wasn't added. The default is somewhat similar to Call of Duties, which already has a nice control layout, so that works well for me.

    Because people raise their expectations to these ridiculously high levels. Most people set themselves up to be disappointed.

    I believe 343 is going to be constantly updating the game with bew gametypes and stuff.

    Armor abilities are new to Chief. When the elite drops his camo, Cortana is like "Look at this thing, use it". Also Jet packs and Thruster packs are not abilities, but technically equipment, those make sense. The boltshot is the human name for the gun. Similar to the UNSC guns, they are all nicknames, and Covenant guns, which again are all nicknames. So looks like Cortana got to name everything. Lastly Chief's armor upgrades itself because it is made of self upgrading nanobots.

    It could be that he was given 100,000 years to think about the wars and humans and stuff. Probably drove him mad.

    Everything isn't always happy sunshine and rainbows. Expect Halo 5 to be even darker.

    I don't own a single one of the books, but I used a primitive understanding to read them. I went to a place called a Library.

    I guess I'm one of the rare people who just enjoys playing the game...

    You know you are complaining about a limitation of the 360 and not an issue with Halo 4. The 360 still has the same processing power as back in 2005, so when you make a new game that processes more you lose some of the stability. To do what you wanted they would of had to make the game similar to Halo 3 in terms of size. Come Halo 5, the fps problems will probably be non existant because it is in the first few years of life.

    I should have elaborated. A combination of both is preferable. But what I meant is when you see some guy on Dominion have 5 base captures, but a bad K/D he isn't a bad player.

    This should be pinned, with a more..."flamboyant" title. Might calm a few people down.

    He fell into a splispace portal. Cortana points out its existance. Also the layout of the ship is confusing as you are in space, but basically up is down and down is up, so he completely misses the Composer's beam also.

    I really miss action sack...Hockey was the best.

    It wouldn't be old consoles in general, but just certain consoles. I have an old console and it works fine. Also all games have game breaking bugs. Unfortunately you are one of the people to have it happen to them.

    By the way I don't determine how good you are by your K/D, but instead by how you play the objective. Darn...I guess I suck.

    Hm, I'm glad they improved the idea of Hardlight shield from Hardlight shield. You also said you such, but you almost had a killaminjaro? I seem to be pretty good at the game, but have only pulled off 1 overkill.

    No, I looked it up and it is longbow. The Bravo base clearly has all the advantages defenders would need, it is designed to be hard to take. That is why it is great when you do take it.

    It will probably remain how it is for a while. Some of the CoD people will come back, but other people will just leave naturally equaling out the leaving and gaining.

    I do think though that many times it is just people you find and not just the game being too competitive. Many times I have found games where about everyone is the same skill level (usually on big team battle and Dominion). I also really like Dominion when you are lacking in the skill department. Because when your team finally realizes this and overcomes the enemy the satisfaction is far greater. This is experienced the best on the snowy map which name escapes me on the middle base.

    The only thing I would change is instant respawn. I've killed a single guy with melee once...nevermind twice or thrice, but the other ones were me trying to assassinate people. I've also be killed by my fair share of BR's, DMR's, and Magnums. I did wish that they would bring back different game types. I enjoy Magnum SWAT.

    We should praise you good sir. So far the only person I have seen who has understood some reasoning, and didn't remain determined to hate the game.

    Possibly, they already added SWAT back. I suspect that in some patch they will add several more things to War Games.
