    I think Chief's personality change was evident in Halo 3. I mean you could really see the build up in that game and I thought and atill think it is weird. But I mean it wasn't unexpected. Also Chief is supposed to be being outsourced, I'm assuming he is still going to rise and shine above all of them.

    I somewhat agree, but remember this is part 1 of 3. Remember the Covenant back in Combat Evolved? Just some bad alien dudes attacking us for no reason. Too many people forget this is the first part of a trilogy.

    For online stuff they had to bring down the setvers and fix them, so a lot of stuff is missing besides the basics. It will aurely get fixed though.

    Does it say anything like losing connection to the host? My guess is that the game is more popular than anticipated so the amount of people cause the servers to crash. Expect a patch to be released aoon to fix these problems.

    The loadouts resemble Battlefields more than Call of Duties. "But Call of Duty has classes, and this has loadouts, and those are like classes, so it is like Call of Duty, ahhhhhhhhhh!"

    Halo 5 is suppose d to be really dark so I doubt she will be back in the next game, but it is possible in the 6th.

    They only spoke English for the conveinence of the player. They spoke in English on High Charity and Chief wasn't even around.

    It could be because Forge is still the same thing from Halo 3. The features just change, so I could see how one could get bored.

    So I'm assuming here, but I feel that what they did isn't necessarily bad, and wasn't really good either. But it will open doors for a more dynamic character for Chief. Like he will be a really silent guy halfway through Halo 5, then have an epiphany and get his act together.

    It seems you don't have much of an understanding for the character Cortana, so your confused yourself. And then You also say that they just revealed everything about the forerunners Lastly, don't forget this is just the first part of a 3 part series. They can't just throw out the entire storyboard for the next two games in this one, it doesn't work like that. Chances are things will be explained in Halo 5. You could use this reasoning with Halo Combat Evolved, what's the Covenant's motivation for wanting to blow everything up, there is no build up, etc. but thanks to Halo 2 and 3 this was explained, so we can expect Halo 5 and 6 to do the same.

    It would sort of be dumb as Katanas don't swing like energy swords.

    There is a word for this illusion, when you see familiar things in rocks or whatever it may be. I believe this is a case of that.

    I'm pretty sure pre-orders stop today. Or at least at gamestop, it is on their site for Halo 4.

    Hunters would just be big grunts then if you could board them. It is already easy enough to get around them, so the bit of difficulty would be gone.

    I think FuD is before Cole Protocol. The lack of knowledge of the Covenant and their ages seem to suggest it was soon after the Battle of Chi Ceti which took place in 2525. So I'm guessing FuD takes place in 2526 somewhere. And If I'm not mistaken The Cole Protocol was enacted sometime in 2531. So the book had to have taken sometime after this. Also I'm not sure when but ghosts of onyx is after Halo CE at least how I consider it.. And glasslands is after Halo 3.
