  1. The invasion was done by the army, the Marines were in the Pacific. Also Britain was largely involved and Canada was there too. My hat is off to all who served.
  2. I don't think the game will be held back because they had most likely planned to make it last gen. To me it sounds like they are just putting new game modes and maps into BF3/4 and calling it a new game.
  3. Name: WonderWombat/W0NDERW0MBAT, Brad Bio: I am 19 years old, will be 20 this year. I think it is also important to know I am tall, somewhere between 6 feet 5 inches and 6 inches. Born in Alabamer amd have lived in Cincinnati for the past 14 years. I finished my first year at the University of Cincinnati over a month ago. The major I'm studying for is Aerospace Engineering cause I like space and airplanes and stuff. I would like to work with some space company in the future such as NASA or SpaceX. This is my last summer break ever after this I get to alternate between school and coop. So right now I'm just working and taking a single summer class. Quite sociable when I want to be, only drawback is that I don't start conversations well. I'm single right now...ladies. I'm part of a engineering fraternity at my college on account of me being an engineer in studying. I like to do things. Those would be games, like a lot of games. I have a backlog of at least 50 of them right now and numerous ones I want to replay. All new and old ones. Big ones are Halo (big surprise), Fallout, and Assassins Creed. I collect a lot of Halo stuff. I have all the games, and assortment of memorabilia, and about 50 figures in a variety of sizes and these are all in a glass display case. I also like drawing, I passed the AP art 'test' back in High School, so I would say I'm good at it. I also like making aircraft models, not the vest but am improving. I botched an F-86 so I have to fix that. I also like golfing, played for the high school team. I like sports and my teams are the Steelers, The Reds, The Penguins, and The Bearcats seeing as I go to UC. Likes: Video Game and the video game industry, Foruming (Bethesda first, here second), drawing, college, golf, my dog, making models, history, learning random stuff, music (favorites being Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, For Fighters and the likes) Dislikes: Hard to answer, usually I only dislike things on the spot. I'd say I'm a pretty open minded person. One thing though is one sided arguments, I think both sides should at least get a chance (most of the time) so I sometimes make a fool of myself trying to give the other side some form of argument. 2 words to describe me: Open Minded Goals: To work for a company involved in space, and to own a Tesla Model S or whatever is relevant at the time I can afford such a thing. Only picture of me on my phone is one where I look like I'm 32, so I will get around to taking another one.
  4. Yes, but not legally. Old enough to handle it is more like it. Do you play a lot of games on PC?
  5. You best take your kind and leave boy, or else us garbage lovers will have yer hide! You have also only seen one thing about Halo 5 because only one thing exists about Halo 5, that picture. Anymore is just you believing rumors or making it up.
  6. It's not hard to be better than Halo 5 since it is only a picture right now. I'm curious, do you have anyone working on the legal part of things. Just in case Microsoft pokes their heads in?
  7. No, I believe Rocksteady said that Bruce wasn't going to die, but the ending would still be awesome. Do you think Borderlands The Pre-Sequel will be better than the first or second game?
  8. You also want destructible environments and massive maps. Battlefield isn't the only game that has a lot of people in it nor is it the one I think of when people mention more players. Halo would not work on massive maps, most fps games won't work on massive maps without just sticking BF'S conquest into the game. Additionally the vehicles aren't designed for those types of games and aren't balanced for it either. This would require 343 to remake them. If they add more players they should do 24, or even 32 but that may be pushing it. The maps should also not get bigger than Sandtrap.
  9. I was sort of expecting this seeing as from time to time rumor popped up of it not being ready. Glad they are finishing it instead of rushing it.
  10. I never lost faith in DICE, EA was the one who had the release date set in stone. That being said Ai never actually experienced any problems in BF4, PC version. Also I don't think this is going to bring too many people back.
  11. Is it like Pokemon or is it more like Fallout, Wasteland, and the tactical part of Baldurs Gate?
  12. Shrek just wants to know what you are doing in his swamp.
  13. Tooting your own horn there? Your suggestions just seem to show that you want Battlefield 4 with Halo skins. Also 'real' Halo battles would be 16 max players seeing as that is how it has always been.
  14. A few days ago when I believe you said. 'The current leader of ONI was a Spartan'.
  15. I may not have known thee, but I may be able to offer advice. First I want to mention the attitude. The only time I remember talking to you was when I was confused about your sentence and stated that it seemed wrong. The attitude you had came off as very cynical even after I admitted it was my misunderstanding. Anyways the majority of people on the Internet get upset when you tell them they are wrong. This is not a revelation and I don't know why it upsets you. Some of these people can get offended when being so brutally honest. Even if you think your are using constructive criticism they may not perceive it as such. Now a problem here could be overestimating your own ability to communicate with people through the internet, it takes some time before you can engage people with criticism without angering them. I was similar on another forum I belong too, when I first joined I pissed a lot of people off. Now before I say anything more that you may or may not take with a grain of salt; I should mention that back in the far away year of 2011 when I joined Bethesda's forums I too was one of those people who perceived their communication skills to be too high and I spent too much time there. It got to the point where I had 10000 posts in 1.5 years time and there where a lot of people I didn't like. I took an extended break from there and over the past year have become far more open minded there. Even though I have had 3000 posts the during the last year I feel that I get along better with the people there now. Here is how I rectified those problems. First thing was hang out with my local friends more. Being a teenager, doing whatever with them took my mind off of problems and overall I enjoyed the time I spent with then. Second was get a hobby that really doesn't involve the internet. If people on the Internet are a problem then best thing to do is stay away from that. Over the years a good portion of my time was spent golfing, drawing, Lego making?, and making model airplane. Two of those things I'm not even that good at but I do it anyways. Anyways I took my work break time to read this and respond to it. It always sucks to see a more active memeber leave. One more thing I forgot. There isn't a lot of Halo discussion because nothing new has happened in over a year. It becomes boring talking about the same stuff over and over. So there will be the few who bicker about things continuously until the next game comes out. Come Halo 5 there will probably be a lot more discussion again.
  16. Yes, but I don't think it is particularly hard to hold a candle to the original trilogy. Will you buy Halo 5 on its release day?
