Could not agree more: The Ranking System does not define a game. I've always been more a Social Player, but those times I wanted to get Competitive in H3 were such a pain in the a. Don't get me wrong when I get competitive, no one can stop me. I do my best, and always try to play teamwork. But sometimes you would just do SO much and some AFK dumb-ay would give away too many kills and make your team loose. I think the perfect Ranking System would be the combination of Reach's and Halo 3's but still completely different when put together. Take Reach's points for everything YOU do right, and Halo 3's skill system. As long as you play well, you can earn points + a bonus for winning a match. And make it still 1-50 or something like dat. Imagine this. You can't rank up, unless you make more than 100 kills or so for your first rank, 200 for next, 300 for next, and it goes on and on. Doesn't matter if you win/loose the match. And your skill will matter, because, sometimes people win after doing not more than 5 kills. Don't forget improving matchmaking so you would actually be paired up with your skill-group or whatever. Also, some kick-out people when they are AFK for more than 4 minutes. or so.

Plot twist. Sounds interesting. Halo 6 starts. Cortana's has gone completely mad, rampant. She won't hear the Chief, and disguises her attempts to kill humanity for making her a machine, not a human. Takes control over Forerunner A.I. and attacks the now dying and partially glassed Earth. Chief destroys the A.I. and Cortana reveals herself as the main antagonist. Chief must decide. Earth or his long time friend... Maybe she doesn't die, and somehow achieves Metastability, but nothing will be the same for John and Cortana... The Universe is in peace... for now.

It would be seriously awesome to fully customize your own layout, besides the built-in.

I can see where you are going, and I would love to play some missions as a kick-ass covenant. For WarGames/Matchmaking this would be impossible because MP is tied with the campaign and its focused on the Infinity, which only carries Spartan Soldiers. It would be nice to have some "Elite Ops", but I see this not possible. So sad :C

Sounds pretty interesting. But if you ask close minded people who can't stand change, like many who are complying about Halo 4, they would say it sucks, because its not Halo.

:insert meme here:The number of people complying about Halo 4 multiplayer gameplay ITS TOO DAMN HIGH!. You guys are complying on gameplay that might change, and gameplay you haven't even played yet. Wait 4 months, and then you can comply on everything, from Chief's looks, to multiplayer, to even that rock that isn't supposed to be there because it doesn't look like Halo 3's rocks.

WRONG! The new plasma Rifle is called "Storm Rifle", and its the evolution for the plasma rifle, says Halo's Official Site. I've been researching, and the Assault Carabine is some sort of Assault Rifle, that marines use. No pictures of it, but its been mentioned on Halo's novels. On the SMG, I loved it on ODST more than in H3, but I doubly think it's making a return.

Does the DMR has bloom? I hear it has some sort of mini-recoil, but nothing to worry about.

And again... I think you just cry too much. Its just the looks man. Canonically, its been years since Halo 3's end, and Halo 4's start. We don't know, maybe they are Canon improvements. Just STFU and stop whining. If you are complaining about some things like these, just don't buy the game.

The Recharge Field sounds pretty interesting. Like having just one more blow for your sword, or Railgun, or whatever, and then AA and its like NEW!. But it sounds kinda OP :C

Coveys are separated. Some are still loyal to the Prophets, and their Holy war to humanity. This all will be explained in The Thursday War, and throughout Halo 4's story.

You glow yellow when you have Speed Boost. You run, jump, reload, and I'm guessin' sprint, faster. There is also Over shields and Power Boost. as Ordnance. You glow red for Power Boost, and green or blue, can't remember, for Over shields. Power Boost, makes you more powerful (Well DUH), and maximizes the power of your bullets, grenades and melee hits. Over Shields, I'm guessin' just give you Over Shields as always. The BOLD things are things that are CONFIRMED BTW, check out MLG's videos, there is a video where a guy gets Speed Boost, and immediately gets killed.

Halo would not be Halo without those tank-like threats. We need Hunters in H4.
