343 didn't make a Legendary editon of halo 4 because they didn't want people to be "confused" on which version of the game to buy. Yet when the pre-order bonuses for the game have been announced they have said close to nothing on the avalablity of the skins post release. Will they be like UMvsC3 or Batman: AC and be released as DLC a few weeks after launch? Will the skins be day one DLC? Seems kinda counter-productive.
