  1. Yes, if its balanced, which it should be. I don't want to be in an unfair fight with someone dual wielding bolt shots or that sort. Suppressors would be a nice weapon as a dual wield option if they were nerfed a tad. You'd keep your magnum and plasma pistol and replace the SMG (not that I want it gone) with it, and it's nearly the same as halo 3. #IncinerationCannonDualWield2014
  2. Battlefield 4 is a genuinely mediocre FPS in the single-player area, in the multiplayer, it's an addiction. If you don't have Xbox Live to play multiplayer, do not buy the game, the single-player is a lousy Michael Bay explosion adventure. The multiplayer really is your only source of entertainment, but it is a good source of entertainment.
  3. The popular surround sound system company, Dolby Digital, will be pushing to new frontiers on Xbox One in March. Dolby Digital has been an incredibly well-known and high money grossing optical audio company for quite a long time, but most Xbox One users were left without the option to use Dolby Digital on their new console. The new march update will put these complaints to ease finally as support will be added. Currently, the only out-putter the system allows is DTS Digital Surround, or another lesser known option, using uncompressed stereo, 5.1 or 7.1 audio, using HDMI. Adding Dolby Digital would allow a more diverse variety of headsets for Xbox One users as well, which could finally persuade some to buy the console and/or purchase gold to play online. View attachment: dd-over-optical_500.jpg The update is scheduled for an early March window, being sure to release before the March 11th launch of Microsoft's newest hit exclusive, Titanfall. Do you plan on using a Dolby Digital device on your Xbox One?

  6. Adventure Time, c'mon grab your friends, once you start watching it never ends, with Jake the Dog and Finn the Human, your obsession will never end it's Adventure Time. Besides that Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, AC titles in general, and exploring the outdoors. I CAN'T GET THAT THEME SONG OUT OF MY HEAD WHEN WILL THIS SHOW END?!?!?!
  7. Hats off my friend, I am proud to see you as my successor! Spyro: "I'll never get MoM." YOU LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE. See, told ya you'd get it.
  8. Listen, I believe you had some serious issues on your post, believe me, I only criticized how you conveyed your problems, not why. As said by Hakuna, a first impression determines how you're seen by others, if your post says things that seem aggresive and on the offensive at a certain title, there are going to be those who spot only that and will defend the title with their life. I never defended Halo 4 in a fanboy-ish way, but rather stated that your problems are NOT with 343i and are with your own connection. Good to see you're starting to straighten up your posts at least with this, I appreciate that greatly. Anyone attacks OP like last thread, or attacks each other, I'll request the thread be locked yet again, Ciao.
  9. Respawn Entertainment has confirmed that Titanfall will launch without the need of Online Passes or Verification Codes. With the controversy surrounding Electronic Arts and Online Passes on previous titles like Mass Effect 3, Respawn has officially stated that Titanfall will be free of this. The issue arises from those who chose to buy the game pre-owned rather then new as they want to save a few extra dollars. Doing this prevents them from playing online, which has angered the majority of the gaming community. As well, Respawn is keeping the lid on for Season Passes for the game at launch and after. The verification comes from Titanfall's own account on Twitter.com, stating: "Sorry for any confusion. There is no ONLINE pass for Titanfall. We have no details to announce around a Season Pass at this time." Respawn also previously confirmed DLC on the subject of season passes. They had no specifics to give on these Add-ons though. Titanfall is confirmed to be free of Micro-transactions as well. Will you be buying Titanfall new, pre-owned, or are you pre-ordering?
  10. Bethesda has confirmed that their new FPS, Wolfenstein: The New Order, will run at 1080p resolution on the Xbox One. With a bit of controversy surrounding the Xbox One and resolutions lately, Bethesda seems to be the one slamming the stop sign on the complains and qualms. According to Bethesda on GamingBolt.com, their new title, Wolfenstein: The New Order, a successor to the past Wolfenstein, a PC exclusive, will run at 1080p resolution on Xbox One consoles. They said below: “The Xbox One version of Wolfenstein will run at 1080p/60 fps,” Take this with a grain of salt, as while the reveal is true, this could be native or upscaled 1080p. Though you won't notice much of a difference, titles like Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty: Ghosts ran at upscaled 1080p on the Xbox One. Will you be purchasing Wolfenstein: The New Order?
  11. Congratulations, you are the 1 millionth member to call Halo 4 out, do you know what you win? This: See, it's nothing. Anyways, unto your problems, I never experience lag like this, and lag-switches are quite uncommon (in my experience at least) as Xbox's servers are incredibly stable. Also 343i has people being banned everyday, and it's hard and risky to hack on consoles, so seems like you hit a rare jackpot considering I haven't met a console hacker in ages. Check your router, my old one was glitchy and my multiplayer sucked, believe me, it's not 343i. Also, this is a community forum, complaining here really won't do much besides attract attention from the moderating team if it's taken to an extreme.
  12. "Credit to Edward Kenway who can't go a single week without making it into the Wrapups for providing me with the last image. " Never shall it happen.......... A very good WSW.
  13. Microsoft has revealed that it's next large exclusive, Titanfall, will require at least 40 gigabytes of space on Xbox One. With Titanfall's launch approaching quickly, fans are excited to see the game in all it's glory on launch day, and some are prepping their consoles earlier, to do this, they must first see how much space Titanfall's installation will take up. With the new bundle, Microsoft has indirectly revealed that Titanfall will be a whopping 40GB on the Xbox One, compared to the usual 20-30GB most next generation games have required thus far. This info comes from Amazon.com's listing of the Titanfall bundle. The amount for the Xbox 360 is still unknown, but it is likely less extreme as it is a previous generation system. View attachment: Titanfall40gb.JPG If that hasn't shocked users enough, the PC versions is even larger, requiring 50GB of space to play on default. This information comes directly from the Origin Store at Origin.com. Has this reveal changed your opinion on purchasing Titanfall? View full article

  16. Good job to all on the list, you have indeed earned it. I know for a fact all of these members are amazingly helpful and fun around the forums, it's good to see them recognized.
  17. With the recent release of the Master Chief action figure based off the Xbox One version, 343i could have accidentally leaked the Boltshot's return in Halo Xbox One. The Z-110 Energy Pistol, better known as the Boltshot, was an immensely popular side-arm in Halo 4, but was often criticized for it's damage ratio and how people could use the pistol. 343i might be keeping the pistol in the long run as the newest action figure for Halo Xbox One's line of toys sports the gun. Similar to how the Halo 2 figure that was relaunched could hint at Halo 2 Anniversary. View attachment: boltshot.jpg Would you enjoy having the Boltshot back? Source: Gameranx.com View full article

  19. Am I proud of Microsoft for their price (even though it still comes with that Kinect ._. ) Yeah, it's a good deal. Am I disappointed it isn't skinned? Yeah, I am... I was expecting something a bit better... Still, it's nice. Good article, and good job beating me to it.
  20. Last Friday when Police arrived at 17 year old Christopher Roupe's home, he was met with gun-fire as Police shot and killed him when mistaking his Wii remote for a weapon. When 17 year old Christopher Roupe's father violated his probation, police officers were sent to the boy's home. Upon the boy questioning who was at the door, he received no answer, but he simply opened it. a police officer mistook his Wii remote for a pistol and opened fire on him, shooting and killing the boy. Both the family and the police have been on adjacent sides in the matter, as the police said the boy was in fact carrying a pistol of some sort, BB or actual, while eyewitnesses and family dispute saying that the boy held a Wii remote. In response to the police allegations of the boy actually carrying a firearm, the family's lawyer had this to say, "We don't know where that statement came from, the eyewitnesses on the scene clearly state that he had a Wii controller in his hand. He heard a knock at the door. He asked who it was, there was no response so he opened the door and upon opening the door he was immediately shot in the chest."
  21. No. I'm frickin fourteen, I'm not even the legal age! XD Do you think Halo 3 was the best Halo?
  22. That is an impressive chapter I must say, I cannot wait to find out Azaxx and Zelda's motive behind all this. Good work!
  23. (disclaimer: putting this in offbeats just to be safe.) So, there are a lot of great movies, most do very well in the spotlight, but we have a few gems that no one ever seems to really look at or reference much. Seeing UncookedMoa's thread on Games that were overlooked, I thought I'd do some of my personal favorites in the cinema that nobody really cared about. The Nightmare Before Christmas- This movie might not be considered the most overlooked movie, but, this film has really been forgotten now. It was so gritty and dark that Disney actually released it under Touchstone Pictures just to avoid any controversy, similar to Who Framed Roger Rabbit, however this film is in general more twisted then just plain silly like WFRR was. I look back on this film now and honestly cannot believe I watched this as a youth, because of how freakishly scary it is! That is kind of why I like it, it puts a spin on not one but two holidays and makes something that is actually very enjoyable. It has a good plot with a good message, the modeling is really nice, and the musical numbers do sound Disney, with a horror spin on them. Some of them are incredibly charming for the picture they appear in, others really highlight the films roots in scares. All in all, this is a really good film. The only problem is deciding to watch it on Halloween or Christmas? The Perks of Being a Wallflower- Hallelujah, a coming of age film about teen romance based on a book that is DONE RIGHT (Looking at you Twilight). This emotional and realistic vision of an out of place teen finding his way with his group of friends in High School is a sad but real picture of what really happens in the world. It doesn't say it's going to make fun of these events, nor say how bad they are, it conveys them and lets the audience react for itself, a feat in films like this. This movie seriously deserves an award for it's utter brilliance, and... It never seemed to really take off after launch. It got viewers, it got awards, and then, kind of like the movie above, people moved on. We need to keep movies like this close to us, as it shows us that a movie can handle a serious story-line dealing with realistic events without picking a side, and just conveying them. Titan A.E. Everyone hated this movie, I don't get it... It had cool looking animation, a decent storyline, and quite a bit of emotion, mystery, and action all mixed into one. Why did nobody really ever get into this movie? The marketing was so off, is why. It wasn't sure whether this was aimed at old Sci-fi fans or young kids. This led to a bomb in sales, but in the end, the movie was really good, not my favorite title ever, dialogue could be weird at times, and there were some plotholes, but in the end it was an enjoyable experience that I'd watch again. Treasure Planet This movie was the ultimate gem lost in the rocks, a feat in movie history, both animated and not. I am a huge fan of pirates and action, as referenced by whom I'm named after, and I loved Treasure Island, but I also love amazing environments in the reaches of space, and sci-fi stuff, this movie blends all that. Then they throw an emotional bombshell at you like a rocket that makes this film gold. My recommendation, after reading this, go buy Treasure Planet, there are quite a few copies for a cheap price. You will not regret it, and I'm not spoiling the story, which is one of the best Disney stories I have seen in a very long time. It's music is pretty good too, go buy the soundtrack after you do that. In fact, buy everything with this movie stapled on it. Yes, those are my four, disappointing? Add yours below!
  24. No. Last time I ate breakfast was before the end of summer, School often gets in the way. Though I snack on stuff in the middle of the night, so it makes up for it. Do you think Fallout 4 will ever be confirmed?
