Recently, the Game retailer, GameStop, put up a listing for a game called, "Halo Origins" now, what is Halo Origins? A bundle containing Halo Reach and Halo CEA. The description states, "Experience the origins of Halo through the fall of Reach and the rise of a hero." With some badass coverart and two thrilling games in one bundle, it's safe to say this is an awesome way to send out the old gen, with two of the best games ever. It is selling for $29.99 and is now released. You can get it here, http://www.gamestop.com/xbox-360/games/halo-origins-bundle/112753?loc=b2g1_title&utm_source=linkshare&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=deeplink&cid=afl_10000087&affID=77777&sourceID=je6NUbpObpQ-rWU4D88wGSQwX0p3dXin4w

Describe the person above you in 3 words...

Bungie has recently revealed some interesting info, one interesting quote being, "each race and class of Guardian is looking, feeling, and moving in a unique fashion – right down the very piece of equipment that they wield. The writers are planting the seeds of the story that will envelope the world of Destiny in soil you may never see, unless you are truly the exploring type." We can take from this, that each class moves and feels different, from walking, right down to their body movements when idle, and the way they fire. Another interesting quote right below the one above reads, "There were quiet moments, too, in which we might have done nothing more than watch snowflakes touch down on the water." This sounds amazingly touching, and a site to see, if it's the way I'm sure we're all imagining it, Destiny is going to be an extremely emotion ride, and this quote is so much more then it's front shows. The rest of the Bungie news was mostly talks about Old Russia, a familiar place, and some concepts like below, And they transition to the mail sack, but, one quote stands out, and I would like to share it with you all, Apotheosis How big is the Bungie Community?- "Big enough to fill a City. The real question remains: Can they defend it from a hostile takeover? Will they welcome new allies to help them fortify their defenses? Or choose to stand alone against their enemies? Time heals all wounds and satisfies all curiosities. Every week, we have less of it to spend waiting to grasp a fusion rifle in our hands and face the dangers of the unknown together. Talk to you next week, perhaps even literally." Very much can be taken from this, let's start with, Will they welcome new allies to help them fortify their defenses? The real meaning that can be taken from this is asking if we (The Hardcore Bungie fans) will welcome others from Playstation to assist us on our journey. I say, yes. We must band together, not PS Fans, or Xbox Fans, but Guardians, and stand with Destiny during the course of this journey. More concepts below in the Spoilers- I can't wait, Guardians, see you on the front,

Welcome but... We already have a Ledgend here... A STANDOFF IS IN ORDER, :spiteful:

What 8th gen games are you looking forward too?
VinWarrior replied to Buns's topic in General Discussion
As below, in order. Destiny Assassin's Creed IV (Dat Graphics Upgrade) Battlefield 4 (64 Players? Dayum...) Killzone: Shadow Fall (Never been a Killzone fan, but... Those graphics. Titanfall (This genuinely looks pretty cool, though, a bit... Non-intuitive if you ask me) Halo 5 (Not at the top of my list, but, if it does come out soon, I'll pick it up with an Xbox One, if it looks good) Ryse: Son of Rome (it looks pretty cool, if I purchase an Xbox One, this and Halo are at the top) I didn't know if it was appropriate to post a PC game that I am head over heels for called Thrive, a small dev indie, but, if I did, it would be at the top, tied with Destiny. -
Well, if it is too early before Christmas, (12/21/13) then it isn't fun, but, if it is during or after Christmas (12/24/13 - 1/1/14) then ill be too busy with new stuff, so, 12/22/13 - 12/23/13 work well.

ΩMΣGΛ's Professional Unboxing- (Assassin's Creed IV)
VinWarrior posted a topic in General Discussion
I unbox ACIV (kind of) and insert the disc, with my best friend on hand, Anthony. Trust me, we were foaming at the mouth to rip this baby open! I operated the camera, and my friend, from Assassin's Hub Studios did the unboxing. We had waaaaay too much fun with this one, seriously, an amazing game, and, the excitement of opening it felt like Christmas. Thanks for watching a "Professional" unboxing of ACIV, -
Hayabusa unlocked, but the sword variant is a separate piece requiring different things. Elite armors are unlocked mostly in matchmaking, and as for the rest of... Your sentence, I'm confused.

PS4 without a shadow of a doubt. I love it's exclusives, it's controller, I've always liked PSN and PS+ is a better deal. Note, this is my personal opinion, I like Xbox one too, but, Sony wins me over this gen.

Fallout 4... I'VE DONE MY WAITING! I still need to finish 3 and NV but, this is awesome, I cannot wait. A Fallout show would be awesome, especially with a Walking Dead feel.

So, basically, I thought I had a pretty humorous time at Launch Night, since, I was home... Eating doritos... and drinking Pepsi... So, I recorded images and time frames, here ya go! 7:30 P.M. So, it was time to do work... See how that turned out above. 9:00 P.M. I stared and pointed at BF4 with my lady fingers, just squinting at it and saying nothing... Silence. 10:00 P.M. So, I decided to make a pentagram when I got bored, and worship ACIV, my sister joined in too, it was fun. That was my glorious night, and, I finally reveal my pale white lady fingers, I know, look away if you must. Happy Birth PS4.

“A symbol of those who survive outside the protective walls of the City.” Tom Doyle, Art Lead Concept: Tom Doyle 3D Model: Milton Cadogan A Guardian’s arsenal bristles with guns. At any moment, three of them will step to the forefront of your inventory to put a variety of firepower at your fingertips. While keeping your distance from enemies of the City will always be wise, the mayhem of combat won’t always afford you that luxury. More desperate (or more strategic) moments will command a more personal touch. When the need to reach out and strike something arises, the Hunter will unsheathe their Knife. It’s just one expression of close quarters fighting in Destiny. Bungie Sandbox Designers have thought long and hard about how to weaponize the hands of the Hunter, the Titan, and the Warlock. Tom Doyle takes those ideas, and forges them into works of art. “The inception for this weapon came from the desire to have special melee attacks for different Guardians,” he recalls. “First-person melee attacks were a great place to define a unique feel for each class.” The Hunter’s Knife is, like the rugged assassin that carries it, a reflection of a harsh environment. “It’s a weapon that embodies the reclamation of the new frontier,” Doyle observes. “It’s equal parts kukri, trench, and buck knife – a hunting tool just as much as a weapon.” Melee weapons suggest a means of last resort. In the case of the Hunter, this blade also serves a tactical choice that favors stealth. “The hooded class of Guardian satisfies a survivalist fantasy,” promises Doyle. “We wanted to give the Hunter weapons that felt rugged, utilitarian, and quiet.” For the unseen hand, this weapon enables the silent kill. This fighting implement falls well outside a conversation about “cutting-edge weapons technology,” but the Unter's Knife has a way of driving its point home in its own way. Our first melee weapon. Ppphew, that's a sexy beast!

Ayy! You beat me to it Adam, dang it school! This is incredibly exciting news. I still can't wait to preorder a special edition, cause standard isn't giving enough money to Bungie for their genius. To this reveal being the biggest yet!

Taylor took some time, but reached the location. He took a large gulp and sighed, walking over to Leanne, he called out, trying to fake a smile, "Hey leanne, long time no see."

Recently, a new weapon has been unveiled by Bungie, and, you guessed it, it's awesome! “They don’t make ‘em like this anymore.” Tom Doyle, Art Lead Concept: Adrian Majkrzak 3D Model: Matt Lichy Connoisseurs of firepower usually have an insatiable appetite for cutting edge technology. This shouldn’t mean that there isn’t room in your arsenal for a true classic. If you can find an Arcus Regime on your adventures, you’ll have a trophy to add to your collection of guns – a thing of beauty to lead you into battle. “It’s a sleek beast from a simpler time – a death dealer wrapped in nostalgia,” according to Jonathan Goff, who knows a thing or two about the history of Guardian weaponry. This rifle provides a look into the recent past of the world of Destiny. “The Regime is a prized heirloom from the Arcus foundry, a one-off design that predates their current reputation for basic, droid-friendly equipment.” This bygone standard is described by Art Lead Tom Doyle as “a well-loved weapon that The City keeps in active service.” The romantic lines of its elegant design are a throwback to when crafting weapons was a labor of love. In a time when rifles are the product of an arms race, the Regime embodies a fond memory of craftsmanship. In its prime, this now exotic firearm set a standard for customization. Compared to its utilitarian successors, the Regime can still hold its own. The old beauty will feel like one of a kind in the hands of a Guardian who wields it. When you pop the hood of this classic machine, you’ll find plenty of ways to give it a tune up. Getting sentimental about the Arcus Regime does strike a note of irony. It’s important to remember, after all, that it’s an implement of violence. This auto-rifle won’t be a conversation piece during chance encounters. As Jonathan Goff observes, “anything on the wrong end of your aim won’t be around long enough to reminisce with you.” Personally, THIS is my favorite gun revealed so far and I can't wait to wield it! to you Bungie.

I love the cosplay, as I've said before, it looks amazing, and it definitely something to show off at a party. Keep it up, maybe you can do a magnum next,

Price- Fair Enough. DRM- yes, they did, but they have a day one patch, getting rid of it, they are doing the right thing. Specs- Actually, specs DO make a good game console. Not just the games. Kinect- You can unplug it... So why is it being forced? Plus, the NSA has a bad track record, it makes sense that people would be upset over it. Okay, fair enough here as well, you like the exclusives, good. The Playstation 3 played PS2 games (according to my PS3 at least) and it worked fine, as well as graphics on games like LBP or God of War being high definition. So, why would Xbone need to use outdated architecture?
-
You just wait until it is released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The graphics should be a bit better on those platforms. But, graphics don't really take the top in my list of things I care about in a game, I prefer gameplay,

"Um... Can you do it now?" He asked nervously, the phone shaking with immense speed in his hand, his fingers twiddled and throbbed, near turning red with mixed emotions even Taylor couldn't figure out.
-
Taylor still stuttered, "I-I Think we should... M-meet, sometime... I just think it might work better if..." He paused for a second, a cold pause, like he stopped, he fidgeted and was sent forward again, breathing heavily, Taylor shook his head, "How about Del Angelo Pier? You remember?"
-
I laughed a bit at it, no offense, it looks awesome, just my sense of humor, nice job, I really like it. Keep it up with the artwork, I like checking each week for new stuff,

Never before have I agreed more with you, except on the PC gaming part, but I'll let that slide. MS tried to screw us over with Ads, SpyKinect, Paying DOUBLE for a game that you bought used, and a whole bunch of other out-of-the-country issues. They did fix MOST of those, granted. I'm waiting for a price drop to get it, I'm not spending extra on a useless Kinect 2.0. As for games... Eh... They are staying the same tbh.
