Physical items will be online within a week at the most after Halo 4 launches. I dont really care about avatar items, sure they are a plus, but I dont really use them. FUD is streamed, not worth much when the same FUD is listed on Amazon for $16.99 BluRay. I could care less if I dont have the helmet as an exclusive, what bothers me is the bait and swtich that M$ pulled and the fact that they lied about it being "exclusive". I will wear Recruit when I start the game, thats fine by me. Lying is not. I could also care less about the specs, having an advantage over other players because I payed more is not neccessarily correct. My problem is the deceitful nature of M$ marketing, so you come on Microsofts own site used to show Recruit In Game Armor as an exclusive for the LE. It has changed recently, that is why those who have the LE are upset. Too bad all the things the Halo 4 LE is "packed full of" will be online within a week of launch. The Briefing packet and schematics will be online on various sites including Halopedia. Forward Unto Dawn will be on youtube and other sites as well. It will also be on DVD and BluRay...times are changing, there are more ways to access the so called goodies without buying the goodies now. The avatar items and in game skins will only be good for Halo 4, so those wont be worth much to people in 5 or even 10 years down the road.

The Standalone War Games Map Pass is priced at $24.99. So if you were to buy the Standard Edition and the Map Pass it would cost you $85. The Blu Ray of FUD is listed on Amazon for $16.99 or $12.99 DVD. So really it would be same price, but the FUD purchased separately would be on a disc. So yeah really the skins and avatar items and Pamphlet/booklet (which will be online within a week of Halo 4 launch) is what you are paying for.

Oh that could be, but I know in one of the Solace gameplays with Josh Holmes they showed AC with the blue blips but said that the person using AC had their radar scrambled. Supposedly its the only drawback to AC because the plus is you can not be seen by PV. But who knows..thisngs could have changed and still could change. AC was changed in Reach a couple of times lol

Sprinting no longer affects your turn speed like it did in reach, at least thats how it was when I played it at SDCC...there have been several builds since than, but form the most recent videos, it still appears to be the same.

Incorrect, there is still radar jammer, but it only affects you now. The advantage for AC is not being seen by Promethean Vission, but the downside is that your radar is scrambled so you can not tell as easily where the enemy is. In regards to the OT, you can use ACwhile sprinting, but it will be null, it will not flicker like crazy and the again the scrambler will only affect yourself.

Yeah...having FUD being released on BluRay and DvD with the same extended cuts nullifies that. The physical packets and papers wil be online withina week tops. Recruit is for everyone, specializations were going to be everyones at some point anyways. Really you get avatar stuff and 2 skins. Thw Map pass is also available to everyone, and the standalone verion comes with 2 helmets and an emblem

My guess is that the DIdact in Halo 4 is the Ur-Didact, he would be a formidable force for MC to fight. Not only that, but the Ur-Didact always felt that the Forerunners were the ture rulers of the galaxy and that humans were weak. He also would not like humans from the Human-Forerunner war. If he felt that humans were gaining strength and becoming a "threat" to the galaxy he would want to wipe them out.

The other issue is that FUD is only available through streaming over Halo Waypoint. It does not come on a disc. It it were to come on a disc, than it would be different. Seeing as I will buy FUD on Blu Rray, and the Exclusives are not so exclusive anymore, I downgraded.

There are but we only get to wear one of them. The ohter, the one that MC is wearing in the campaign was called a "Cortana Exclusive" by BS Angel. So we will get the MK 6 for War Games and MC will have his own lol

Yes the skins will be included in the Pre-Order Bonus DLC Pack. I read the same article and it is just a community article. It was not a confirmed by 343i article. Frank O'Connor and BS Angel stated that there will be a Pre-Order Bonus DLC PAck and it will include ALL pre-order bonuses which includes the skins.

I am pretty sure its the UR-Didact...from some of the quotes teased in some of the videos you can tell it is from a Military Leader who thinks that the Forerunners are all powerful. You can also tell he is starting to think that Humans are following a similar path to that of their ancestors who fought the Forerunners and that Humans are becoming a threat to the galaxy. Plus having the Ur-Didact as the main enemy would make sense, a powerful Forerunner General vs Master Chief

Yeah I noticed that too...too bad we cant customize our ordinance drops. Its random every time depending on the map. The only constant is that it has a grenade, a power up, and a power weapon. If we ould customize, it would be bad, everyone would have the Binary Rifle or something to one shot kill whenever they got an ordinance.

Well BS Angel completely ignored the whole issue with the LE in the new Halo Bulletin so I am cancelling my LE tomorrow morning...horrible public relations and marketing by 343i
