If they shot like just tracer rounds so it didnt do any damage i could see that as working. But not having them show up on radar wouldnt make much sense, if there was a "person" running at me but not on the radar than I would automatically know that there is a person hiding somewhere or waiting for me

Meh the ball throwing was cool for the first few times tou try it...but than after the hype goes away it is actually better to just work as a team and protect the ball carrier like we always used to. I too like the fact that there is no explosion. From what i remember, when you sprint you drop the ball, but it could have changed

Yes but if you continue on and read The Thursday War, the continuation fo Glasslands you will find that Brutes have been pretty much wiped out by the Elites and those left over have been enslaved...not many left -

With all of the leaks and pirates, it may be a legal copy, but M$ is taking no chances. They could care less if the banned someone who bought a legal copy, even if that person tried to sue, there wouldnt be much gorunds and M$ wouldnt really care. At this point, they are just trying to keep things sensible for launch

Yeah they are really showing them more as we get closer to alunch...and on age appropriate channels as well like FX, CC, MTV, Spike etc.

Maybe it is like the Ancients in Stargate...some humans havemore of the Ancient gene within them than others and could activate Ancient tech..maybe some humans have more of the Forerunner gene or Geas and could activate Forerunner tech? Who knows...gotta love how intricate the Halo lore gets

I like you am a casual player, I understand where competitive players are coming from wanting some sort of representation of how good or bad they are, to me it is more of the issue that 343i knew the competitive players have wanted a visible ranking system since Reach moved away form H3 and 343i did nothing to support that part of the community. Having the game match people based on skill is the same system Reach "supposedly" had...and that didnt turn out well either. It will be interesting to see if 343i responds to this or just fully ignores it

Yeah I just went to Waypoint and I didnt see it out yet...they must all be reading the reviews of Halo 4 since the embargo was lifted today. So far some pretty good scores, i bet they dont even care that the majority of the community is upset with no visible ranks...
