  1. The whole "play as ODST's marines etc." just killed it for me. Halo multiplayer is about Spartans, and Im sure those other freak ideas can come not play to make the multiplayer more expansive and epic.
  2. Exactly, so if Earth was destroyed, it would be up to John and the other colonies to fight back against the Didact.
  3. The armor was just used by 343 to represent that those were Spartans. It didn't matter what armor they were wearing, but rather the fact that they were protecting humanity.
  4. The domain is a domain where the forerunners could access data. It was a database, so i find it unlikely they would transfer themselves into it.
  5. There's never been any mention of such a realm. All the forerunners died during the firing of the Halos.
  6. He wasn't composed because he can't be. Watch the terminals.
  7. 343 is a fragment of Chakas. Chakas is the monitor in Primordium, and 343 was made from him. This is proven by the fact Chakas says "I see one of me has already given you trouble.". And Chakas never calls himself 343.
  8. 1. This is true 2. Again, True 3. Not true at all. Halsey created the Spartan program to control human resistances. Terrorists. That's not enslaving mankind, she was protecting humanity. 4. Yes, the flood is a test to see whether a race is worthy of the mantle. 5. When the Flood returns, Chief, Arbiter, and the Didact will go against it, but the Didact will still be against Cief because he dispises humanity so much. 6. Yes, the Storm does view Forerunners as gods, and they are trying to control the galaxy, as proven in the 4th spartan ops episode. 7. When the Didact was saying that speech in the epilogue, it was before the Halo rings were fired and when he was in trial in front of the forerunners for his actions. I do agree he was in Chiefs mind in the game, but he wasnt speaking to him at that moment. And the Didact can't be composed, which we hear in one of the terminals. 8. True 9. She was in charge of preserving life in the galaxy and keeping peace, so she was responsible for indexing all the species. This seems like a really rough guess. You don't have enough info to make these assertions. At least wait till spartan oos is over until you say things like "there is a Scarborough forerunner weapon". And just to knit pick, that AI in Primordium wasn't 343, it was Chakas.
  9. The Didact can't be composed because he said so n one of the terminals, so he probably just went through the sop space portal, which I'm sure he could survive. So yeah, I'd say he's alive
  10. Humans and Forerunners were created by the same species, the precursors, so that's their connection.
  11. This sounds just like the Mass Effect 3 opening, which was amazing, so I'm a fan of this.
  12. If you read the books you would know Humans and Forerunners are completely different, although they have some similarities. Even the game explains that,
  13. Humans and forerunners are different. Sme way we are to dogs, so these no way Chief could live in e UNSC without being identified as a forerunner.
  14. They'll fight for their species survival, which is what they've been fighting for the whole war.
  15. Fight to protect Humanity and the remaining few Human planets, and have some help from the sanghelli(not the storm).
  16. I like nothing more than a good story, and Halo has the best in the industry. It's universe is on par with Star Wars and Star Trek, it's just amazing how far games have come. And I guess we're just gonna have to wait an extra 2 months to get the whole story on the forerunners.
  17. I was thinking of Didact getting all the War Sphinxes to destroy humanity. It seems as if they're powerful enough. Think about it. fighting the whole campaign ti stop the Didact from getting them, and in the end, despite your efforts, he finally does, and destroys Earth. Tha mixed with the loss of Cortana would make one of the Darkest games of all time. And erde-tyrene is actually Earth.
  18. I would feel glad because that'd be a better way to go then to become infected by the flood. He had every right not to feel recourse because he was essentially cleansing the galaxy and protecting, no matter the cost. I can see him as a hero because it must've been tough for him to kill all those people. And to the OP, the terminals never had him describe how he felt about grassing the planets, and in the one scene where we see him give the order, he says "you know we have to" regretfully. So I think he did feel bad about, and saved the galaxy, or at least delayed its doom.
  19. 1. Absolutely2. I see more of a connection between Halsey and the Librarian, but its technically the same thing 3. This parts true and I have a theory that at the end of Halo 6, Chief will have no choice but to fire the rings and watch n a shield world as everything dies. 4. Yep, and Silentium got delayed to March 5. This is absolutely geaes. It is exactly what happened with Chakas and Forentheco, and the geaes also have something to do with the Librarian speeding up his evolution process. Great pos and I hope we get the answers in Silentium
  20. But the Didact doesn't die
  21. Forthenco did what he had to to prevent the flood from spreading. So no. He isn't disgusting
