I don't know much about, but I think it's the final stage of rampancy when an A.I. becomes so intelligent it's essentially a human. Again I don't know much so I'm probably wrong, so if anyone would care to elaborate that'd be great.

If you think about, Halsey might be in Halo 4.... so maybe something happens to her and the composer puts Cortana in her body, but that'll probably be in Halo 5 which is supposed to be really dark

So I usually play the first few missions cause I have school, and then I just keep playing till I finish campaign. Utthis time I want to finish camoaignn one sitting, so im gonna play as much multiplayer as i can from Tuesday-Friday. Then I wake up on Saturday morning and just kill it.

But your saying that because the storm matches a certain definition that they're the covenant. If the now covenant is now peaceful, then the covenant doesn't exist. These guys can't just say they're the same thing unless they're like "we're the true covenant"

Just because they match that definition, doesn't mean theyre the same thing. The covenant is a group bonded by a treaty. The storm is a group bonded by beliefs. They're different
