  1. Well I think he moved his head like that because Cortana suddenly said "Think?" which he didn't expect from her.
  2. It's been out for a month, you had some time.
  3. I don't think Faber controls the blue ones because they're called prometheans, not builders, so it would only make sense of a promethean controlled them
  4. Well the prometheans are obviously being controlled by someone, so maybe they're both being controlled by two different people
  5. It's ok and thanks for the explanation, that makes alot more sense now. One thing I took away from the clip is that Del Rio does not like Chief and Cortana at all. He calls aging and hallucinating, and cortana malfunctioning. The aging part leads me to believe he thinks his spartan IVs are better than the spartan IIs who he might see as outdated.
  6. She actually say planet in he official trailer, and it should be noted that these aren't the voice actors for chief and Cortana, they're simply mocap actors. I don't think we should rule out seeing the precursors until we fully understand their relationship with the flood, even 343 said there'd be no flood in the game.
  7. I actually did a thread similar to these about the prometheans, if you got here there is a gameplay video of spartan ops, and if you stop around the 8:10 mark, you can see the player fighting blue prometheans, which is even more confusing
  8. Hazop is actually my favorite armor so far
  9. Yeah, but these a.i.s are called prometheans, probably because they're controlled by an actual promethean. But I was saying that 343 was saying that all the enemies were the promethean a.i.s
  10. Why did you break my heart Frank?
  11. Just halo or everything? I'd love to talk about Twiligh [sARCASM]
  12. Well maybe, but I don't see this happening as 343 has said in several E3 interviews that the crawler, watcher, and knight are 3 variations of the promethean enemy class, so I think that means that they are all prometheans.
  13. I actually think that bungie planned this ever since halo ce because of that conversation chief has with 343 about the last time chief was on halo etc. And while all humans can use forerunner objects, John has stated several times that he felt as if the technology was familiar.
  14. Yeah me too, I'm a bit fuzzy on specifics
  15. Well the prometheans aren't the covenant, so I dont think it has to do with that if their simply machines being used by forerunners. That's not for sure, we don't know if the orange means corruption, all we know is that there are two variations of the promethean classes we will be battling. Yes while the clues do lead to the Didact being "unbound" i think it's more to it then just "they're corrupted" The blue enemies were still prometheans, they were just colored differently, so it wouldn't make sense if the builders were in control of them. If anything, I would expect it to be a promethean. The Didact seems likely, however I'm interested in his friend the Confirmer. In Cryptum, he was the guarDian of the San'Shyuum home world, and over time, he grew to like the species. However, he went on to guard the world by himself for 1,000 years, and deteriorated, both physically and mentally. So imagine this, you like this species, and their nice to you. But the flood causes the forerunners to activate the halo arrays, almost causing the race you like to be extinct. You are angry because what drove the forerunners to do this is to preserve the mantle, or save humanity. You then hate humanity, and wait for millenia for your chance to strike back. This would cooperate with the line "I have long dreamt of this day reclaimer." and it could mean the orange prometheans belong to him, and since the Didact has been all but confirmed to be in the game, he could be leading the blue ones, and end up fighting both the Confirmer and us for unknown reasons. Guess we'll just have to wait 'till november 6
  16. In the E3 trailer for Halo 4, we got a glimpse of the new promethean enemies. In the same trailer, we also saw promethean enemies that were colored blue instead of orange. I saw this video of spartan ops, and if you around the 8:10 mark, you can see the player is fighting a blue promethean knight. This is interesting because when we first saw the blue promethean ps everyone thought there would be factions among these A.I.s but their inclusion in this video makes me wonder about their allegiance and why their colored differently.
  17. You mean Chakas right? Because guilty Spark is a fragment of Chakas, just like the other 6 Halo Monitors. This is supported by the fact that in Priordium, Chakas says something like " Isee one of me has already given you trouble"
  18. Yeah I posted it on the Cortana theory thread but here it is. http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/11416-cut-scene-from-halo-4-acted-out/ And are you saying that the primordial copied itself into thousands of graveminds that had all of its memories?
  19. Actually it has been mentioned several times that the precursors and flood are the same thing. While the relationship between the two has yet to be revealed, the Timeless One was revealed to be a grave, ind, so maybe precursors were highly advanced graveminds?
  20. It looks like a sort of static field, I think I saw it in a multiplayer video. I think it will stun players who enter it
  21. Well the fact that throne at the office is further makes me believe that it is farther than we anticipated, and that they are still working very hard to bring us the new halo experience we were promised.
  22. Well remember that was just concept art of the promethean knight, but now its obvious to see the similarities between the two. They even have the same scream, when that image appears in the concept art trailer, a shriek is heard. In the E3 demo, the same shriek is heard after the player picks up the scattershot.
