Well i think the Promethean s would be the main threat due to there technological superiority over the UNSC and the Storm's. Although, the Storms would also be a major threat due to the act that they are trying to gain access to a super weapon placed on Requiem. So the Promethean s will be taking the Covenants Role, while the Storm's will be taking the Floods Role. (Storm's is my nickname for the new Covenant Splinter Group since it was mentioned somewhere)

He would have to corrupt the Blue Prometheans because they contain the "souls" of previous Forerunner Warrior-Servants, thus they still hold a grasp on there Forerunnerity (a term i invented meaning the same as humanity) just like how Chakas was split into 7 pieces to become the Moniters. The Blue Promethean s COULD be led by the Librarian, but remember that she is a life-worker not a warrior Servant, so more likely there is another Warrior Servant leading them. The two colours WOULD oppose each other due to there innoperability with each other. They oppose each others ideals and therefore would be fighting each other for control of Requiem, or any other planet.

Sorry Victory My OPINION is that this new Armour is pretty deadily, and suits the Spartans better in terms of functionality and maneuverability.

See the change can be contributed to several key factors. The first is, TIME, it has been several years since the end of Halo 3, the UNSC would be researching better tech for there spartans, thus the new designs. The second is that these are Spartan 4's, these new generation of Spartans would require different armour for post war situations. Thirdly, this new Halo is being developed by 343 not Bungie. 343 would be trying to stamp there identity into these new Halo's, while keeping a familiar feeling. Personally i love these new Armour Designs. It looks more functional then previous armours.
