  1. *cough* Winter Wrap Up *cough* Nice song, wonder where you got it from ;D
  2. Isaac took another swig from the whiskey and placed his colt back into it's holster. "Perhaps you could assist me tomorrow? Im going for a supply run down at the Hospital, I need some medical supplies and such, and could use the help....two survivors are better the one eh?" Isaac placed his feet on the table and leaned back
  3. "Ah...Im from Australia.....don't think people are holding up there all to well" Isaac slipped out the clip from the Colt and looked inside. "full clip...heh..." Isaac slipped the clip back in and sat back.
  4. I agree with what is said here, some people need to grow up and see that everyone is different, and you should like them for who they are.... That said, I'll follow the rules, and hopefully this enforcement will stop one day. Till then, I wish you luck my friend :c
  5. Isaac lowers the Colt and sits back on the couch. "Sorry, Im just used to people trying to kill me.....uh..so where you from?" Isaac grabs a bottle of whiskey from the table and takes a swig from it.
  6. Isaac heard a creak on the floor and rolled over the back of the couch, grabbing his Colt. He lifted his colt and aimed it at Cavril's head. "Dont you F#$%ing move, or I'll blow your brains out!" Isaac backed up a little bit and pulled his backpack on. "Now what the hell are you doing in my apartment?"
  7. Isaac Freeman Isaac slowly jogged through the alleyway back to his apartment, his colt in hand and his eye's darting from corner to corner, sweeping the area for any of the undead. His apartments fire escape came into view, and the ladder was up just as he left it. He passed by another alley and glanced in to see 2 undead on the ground crawling around, luckily , neither saw Isaac. He reached the ladder and carefully pulled it down before climbing up and pulling the ladder with him. He entered his room through the window and placed down the bag, unloading the ammo and food he had scavanged off of some dead thieves. He placed the ammo on the table and sat on the couch, sliding his jacket off before closing his eye's for a rest.

  11. As we know, with each new console generation, games cost more and more money to develop and for us to buy. However according to two high up Dev Ceo's , This Next Gen may not see such a huge increase in cost....at first it seems. The following is taken from an article on Gamezone.com Source Gaming publishers Activision, Take-Two, and Ubisoft have begun weighing in on the potential costs of game development for next-gen consoles. Over time, as development costs have skyrocketed with new technology, with consumers' wallets bearing much of the burden. Now, with the Playstation 4 and Xbox 720 presumably on the horizon, there's some worry that next-gen development on the new consoles could further increase the costs of games. At $59.99 a pop, gaming is already an expensive hobby; how much higher can it go? Well, that depends on who you ask. CEOs of both Ubisoft and Take-Two seem in agreement that next-gen development costs won't increase nearly as much as we've seen in the past -- at least in the short term. "What we've said is that, for the first two years of those machines, the costs will not increase because we can use a lot of the engines that we've already created," said Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot. In Take-Two's recent investor call, CEO Strauss Zelnick echoed that statement. "We don’t have any reason to believe our development budgets will change significantly," he said. "If anything we have become – group-wide – much tighter in terms of how we spend our money." But not all publishers are of this belief. Activision CEO Bobby Kotick, with his 22 years of experience, is a little more skeptical about the rising costs. "This is my 22nd year doing this, and in every single console transition, we've seen an increase in development costs. Over long periods of time, it gets smoothed out, but I would say this is not a transition where that's going to be an exception," he said. "We're going to have to figure out how to take advantage of the unique capabilities of new hardware, and that requires new skills and investment in tools and technology and engines and so yes, that's likely," he acknowledged. If the rumors are true, and Sony and Microsoft are set to reveal their new consoles this year, then odds are these guys have a pretty good idea of the costs already. Then again, the differences in agreement could be a result of some being better equipped to handle the transition. The good news is that Sony and Microsoft's new consoles are both rumored to be much closer to a traditional PC in design, which could help lessen the cost for development. Sony is expected to unveil the Playstation 4 at an event later this month, but I don't expect they'll disclose any pricing.
  12. Is this the confirmation for Halo 5 we were looking for? Or perhaps it's a new Halo Spinoff Make your own judgement after reading this article from Examiner.com Source The Xbox 720 will no doubt be receiving "Halo 5" and a new job posting has surfaced that looks like it is pointing toward either "Halo 5" for Xbox 720 or another new IP the studio has in store. According to a report from HardcoreGamer on Wednesday, a new title, which could end up being "Halo 5", is in the works at 343 Industries and it is indeed going be ported onto next-generation consoles. First indications do not point exactly to "Halo 5" but the game is set in the world of "Halo," which could mean some sort of spinoff series. The first installment for "Halo" that 343 produced was very successful, so that would make sense that they want to expand upon their success. 343 Industries is currently looking to bring aboard a new creative director to deliver an original "groundbreaking new AAA entertainment experience set in the Halo universe." This most likely eliminates the possibility of any relation to "Halo 5," but you never know with gaming these days. Previously, Frank O'Connor spoke about "Halo 4" and how the title was not perfect. "Halo 4 is the best and fastest-selling Halo game in the series. It won critical acclaim. It won awards, from Best Graphics at the VGAs to Game of the Year at the Inside Gaming Awards. "We altered the engine. We expanded the universe. We innovated in storytelling, technology, and even marketing. "It wasn’t flawless by any stretch of the imagination, but by most objective criteria, it was a resounding success. "So we know we have a lot to do. And we know we have a lot to learn. But we also know that we now have the capacity, the teamwork, the technology and the experience to do much better next time," O'Connor said. He went on to talk about some things that didn't go as planned and what did for the next-generation installment of "Halo." "There are a ton of things we wish we could done better: Features that didn’t make it into the final game. Glitches that emerged. Missteps made. DLC fiascos. Communication breakdowns. “But there were things that went astonishingly well – the creation of a genuinely competitive AAA studio chief among them. A collection of talent and souls that can do something genuinely amazing on this and next-generation hardware. "The overhaul of an amazing game engine – but one that really needed to be overhauled – and an amassed education on systems, people, code and audience that will stand us in great stead for the future," O'Connor said.

  20. The Commanders shipped pulled into the asteroid field and began weaving around the asteroids. Zax Gripped the control stick and spun the fighter over and dodged an incoming asteroid before increasing the afterburner's power and speeding up. The fighter barely passed several asteroids weaving around and dodging the hull shattering rocks hurtling towards him. Zax's smile grew as he began testing himself. He unloaded several rounds into different small asteroids to break them apart and flew through the tiny chunks that were left over.

  24. This wouldn't solve the issue, but I can understand wanting to do that sometimes, to show them how much it actually hurts for private lives to be made public like that.
