    I do have a support ticket open with X-Box, but they also asked me to start one with 343. I had submitted a forum on Waypoint, but came across this when googling 343 Customer Service. Thought I'd give it a try. I think I'm SOL as the Waypoint responses have not been promising.

    I have beat the level "Halo" for Halo:CEA on both Heroic and Legendary and the Level Complete Achievement will not unlock. I have the "How Pedestrian" achievement that shows that I beat the level as well as the "Believe in a Hero" for beating the entire campaign. I have seen a couple of other people with this issue, but no answer how to get it fixed. I started a ticket with XBox Support, but they said it needs to go to 343i. I just finished the level "Pillar of Autumn" on Legendary with four skulls active and did not unlock the Tsantsa Achievement either. How do I open a ticket with 343i?
