Hey guys, I'm making this topic so it is easier for reach players to see what the daily and weekly challenges are without starting up Halo Reach.
-------------------------------------------------------------
The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
Well, challenges in every single competitive online game mode today as well as campaign so you will be moderately busy. This challenge, however, asking you to score a hundred kills in any game mode of Reach is not an issue at all. Since you will be getting a hundred and twenty-five kills for the "A Walk in the..." challenge and then probably about a hundred more for the "Leadership Element" challenge. In other words, do not worry about this challenge and move on.
A Walk in the... - Kill 125 enemies on Beachhead in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1100cR
I actually have two methods for this challenge today and it all comes down to personal preference. First off, a hundred and twenty-five kills on Beachhead is slightly awkward since you only get about a hundred and twenty kills per game in Score Attack. This means you will need to play two games (2X Score Attack and Gruntpocalypse are the preferred gametypes, with Crashsite for the last game). The other method is jumping into Firefight Doubles with a friend, playing Arcadefight, and you both should be able to hit the kills you need, but it will be a longer game, and possible longer than playing two games in Score Attack. Either way, the choice is yours.
Leadership Element - Kill 45 enemy leaders in the Campaign today. - 2200cR
When these challenge say enemy leaders, what it really means is Elites. Though each subset of enemies has its own leaders, these challenges only seem to ever count Elites. Now, one of the best levels for scoring Elite kills is ONI: Swordbase. Playing through the entire level can typically net you about thirty or so Elite kills, almost forty I believe. Do not be afraid to die in places to restart to get more Elite kills. As well, you can also play Long Night of Solace from Rally Point Bravo, which will get you a decent number of Elite kills, but will require possibly three playthroughs to complete this challenge.
Chaddlesby's Justice - Avenge your teammates' deaths 3 times in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1360cR
This challenge will be tracked by every time you score an "Avenger" medal. Basically, if you see a teammate die and then immediately kill the player who killed him/her, you should get an a third of this challenge completed. There is some sort of time stipulation on this but no one is quite sure what it is. In terms of gametype, whatever you want to play will probably do fine for this as long as you are able to kill enemies. My personal preference would be Grifball but Team Slayer can do just fine. This can be done in a single game if you have great timing, otherwise expect it to take two or three.

The Weekly Challenge:
Camp Froman, Indead - Earn 300 kills with Precision weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 28343cR
I am amazed that this challenge, being not all that hard, warrants an almost thirty-thousand credit reward while completing one of the more difficult levels on LASO difficulty only warrant thirteen thousand. It sure boggles my mind. Anyway, Precision weapons in Reach include the DMR (Designated Marksman's Rifle), Needle Rifle, Sniper Rifle, and the Covenant Beam Rifle. Team SWAT and Team Snipers will give you very easy access to DMR and Sniper Rifle kills, respectively. Three hundred kills is about forty-five kills is day which is very easy to obtain in the above-mentioned playlists. Likely, you can get even more than that done per day and get ahead of the curve for this challenge.
This thread will be updated daily, With tips on how to do it.
