I'm thinking about using protein powder after football practice. Anyone use it before? Does it work?

Sikslik7 I think it's because the Powder makes your body produce excess Sebum, which is a major cause of Acne. I found this to happen by experimenting, and taking it on and off to see the effects. Milk, and Tomatoes seem to do this too.
