As someone who sucked at the 1 - 50 ranking system, I liked the exp system from Reach, and Halo 4's system looks great as well. But, I will say that I did enjoy the 1 - 50 system a lot. I did not do that good with Team playlists, but I managed to get to 43 in Lone Wolves! Which I was chuffed about, because I had not even begun to properly use the Battle Rifle or Bumper Jumper at that point. I think the biggest thing that needs to be sorted out is how to reach the top level (Example being General). I'd like to see a system where you can reach it without needing a level 50 (This would be great for those who, like me, are not that good at the Ranked Team playlists). But that doesn't mean the more competitive players would have to suffer. They could reach General without reaching 50, and perhaps when they reach 50, they unlocked something that made players like me attempt to get 50 as well. Say in-game special Armour. Or perhaps instead of General, they get their own Title which is unlocked at 50, or some other bonus. I'll probably get flamed for suggesting a system which caters to both Competitive and Casual gamers, but something like this works for both groups.

Guess it depends when Microsoft are able to go gold on the next Xbox being manufactured. I've heard that the processor for the new Xbox will apparently use is low in supply at the moment, so it could set the console back. But I think they should wait for the new console for Halo 5. If the 720 comes out end of next year, make Halo 4 playable on the new console, then there won't be any loss audience wise. Then they could do a Halo themed 720 for Halo 6, let the Reclaimer trilogy go out with a bang!

Agreed. 343 have so much power with the Didact, simply because they can visualise him how they see fit. This is in no small part thanks to how the Forerunner civilisation was structured, where family members would undergo mutations, resulting in an interesting form. As we know, the original Didact was of Promethean-Warrior class, and Bornstellar was Manipulator to begin with, and after his brevet mutation, ended up with a mixture of Manipulator, Promethean-Warrior, and Lifeworker. Please correct me if I'm wrong I have someone in mind about who could be the ancient evil. If it is them, then the voice over that said "I have long waited for this day, Reclaimer" will fit perfectly with them.

It's a good move in my opinion. I'm getting the LE, so I already have a bunch of goodies at hand. Those who are just getting the normal edition however, will still have the ability to show something of in game. Everybody wins! But I can imagine a few people even purchasing the standalone Season Pass even if they have the one from the LE, just to get the helmets. Completionists go to great lengths

It would definitely help making every moment on the map be action packed all the time. When the game starts, I could imagine seeing both teams Spartans just sprinting towards the middle

Good thing I've had mine Pre-ordered and paid of for a little while. I'm in the UK, so I wonder when the shops here stop doing Pre-orders. I'm guessing they will if places in the US are stopping Pre-orders.

I wouldn't mind having his helmet removed, take the following for example. (This is all based upon a hypothetical situation.) The Chief encounters the Didact, and the Didact knocks him out. When the Chief wakes, he's strapped down, and we can see his Helmet near him. The Chief and Didact, perhaps Cortana are having a conversation, obviously the conversation is to the Didact's advantage, seeing as he is the advanced being. Then something happens, which forces the Didact to leave the room, allowing Chief to escape, and to reclaim his helmet. All done so that it's through the eyes of the Chief. A situation like that would be erfect. However I trust 343i. If they want to show the Chief's appearance, then it's their right. But they should run it by Steve Downes first, because he is the one who gives life to the Chief

That's one of the things I've thought about to be honest. Or perhaps a Contender class AI? Or that could be too much of my imagination getting to me. Think outside the box I say!

For BTB, I plan to use; Primary - Battle Rifle Secondary - DMR Grenade - Pulse Grenade Armour Ability - Regeneration Field Tactical Package - Firepower Support Upgrade - Ammo For other Gametypes, more or less I'll probably use; Primary - Battle Rifle Secondary - Magnum Grenade - Frag Armour Ability - PV Tactical Package - Shielding Support Package - Wetworks I'll no doubt mix and match, but I'm a huge fan of the BR, not very good with it, but I love it all the same

Didact isn't a race for a species my friend The Didact is a Promethean, a member of an extremely powerful class of Warrior-Servant. He gained his name while teaching at the College of Strategic Defence of The Mantle. His wife was the Librarian, who was a Forerunner that helped with archiving dozens of species onto the Ark for when the Halo rings fired. When they were fired, the species would be returned to their worlds, free of the Flood. Now there were TWO Didact's, one, who was the original, information about him can be found here; http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/The_Didact The other, was originally a Forerunner named "Bornstellar Makes Eternal Lasting". Eventually he stumbled upon the Didact, and at a later date, the Didact performed a brevet mutation, passing his memories and knowledge onto Bornstellar. Something then happened to the original Didact, making Bornstellar the reincarnated version of the Didact. I would advise reading the Forerunner Series, they'll help fill in the gaps of knowledge regarding the Forerunners and the Didact, and other events that I have not mentioned in this post

The fact that when creating your loadouts, you can choose to have no AA, no Mod, and no Support package is fantastic. I just wanted to make that comment haha, thank you for the video!

First Strike is fantastic, a great filler novel for the events between Halo 1 and Halo 2. I think it also shows just how much the video game Halo: Reach breaks canon. But I'll let you figure out how when you read it ! And I remember the Admiral wanted her away from the Spartan IV project and the construction of the Infinity as well, so it'll be interesting to see what happens.

I'd love to see that return, I'm a fan of BTB, so anything to add to the enjoyment of that playlist is definitely a thumbs up!
