So if you haven't heard 343 came out with Halo 4's achievements today. If you haven't seen them here's the link: http://www.ign.com/a...t-list-revealed Anywho, the big thing I'd like to discuss is the fact that there's only 8 levels...... I'm seriously hoping this won't be like call of duty with short campaign but beautiful graphics and an insane multiplayer. The other thing I'm worried about is that they're putting so much content into this game there won't be a lot of room for a lot of campaign So there had better be a lot of Easter eggs Thoughts?:::

Usually there aren't that many levels in any game. If there is though I will end up giving myself a giant face palm, and then jump for joy that they made that many levels.

yea but usually that level is a build up level and build up levels are always fun they lead to "level 10" and that's when they just drop the story and lead it to the next game

I agree but for the typical halo player run through level shooting like your a god that weapon will be perfect because there's always hundreds of little "grunts" type enemy's that those weapons are good for. And yea it does look like a 1 shot one kill they said that before the launch they were going to have to dial it back a little so its more of an even weapon

I agree but if you have been watching the videos on it at all I can already tell you that shotgun will be the weapon of choice of everyone

Those grenade catchers are going to ruin lives I think it will be level 5 because 1 will be exiting the broken ship 2 will be the landing on the planet 3 will be figuring out whats going on 4 will be go to random map room place 5 will be some random asinine annoying level that you have to retrieve a key or find the remote or something your like why couldn't we skip this part

Every game there's one level in the campaign either you or the majority of the world don't like. Either it doesn't match up to the rest of the campaign, or the level is just a hassle to get through because of flood. Your reasons are your reasons. So lets discuss(take a random guess) at what level will suck or be annoying. Keep it between level 1-10 and if you can magically come up with a reason for your thought process give that too.

yea but you forget that the ship gets sucked into a planet.......maybe the same thing happened to these covies and that's why they don't know the war is over your idea is plausible but you also got to consider they might have been sucked into that planet There's a book coming out in January.

The children clones weren't meant to die the technology just sucked and they knew they would die so they didn't care. They were just being cold hearted and I have no obligations it'll be like past games where it's just another MC running with you I'm just saying perhaps they tied it in with the story somehow who ever the co-op person is.

On top of the fact of what was already stated the cloning technology that they have is no where near good for regular humans never mind Spartans. Proof of that is that look at what happened to all the clones they replaced the children with There's also the Spartans that are with dr. halsey inside the shield world

The chief isn't the only spartan left there's still a few it's just no one knows where they are

I agree it could be the Didact but I think it could more likely be the Master Builder Only because no one actually witness him being killed and correct me if I'm wrong but he hated humans also they mention it at the end of Primordium that he was figured dead with installation 07 i believe?? not sure on that one but hes the more likely subject for blaming it on humans

no I do remember that What I'm saying it that the didact basically did a reverse life pod on the timeless one making millions of years pass by inside the chamber in a matter of seconds time could have gone by fast inside the pod but it could have gone slow.....then again it could be a librarians instalation that went wrong I'm not sure there's too many possibilities I know they said these new books were going to be tied into the new halo4 story but I'm not seeing how yet Yea but the Didact had no issues with the humans

I did read it I'm still saying it has something to do with him like maybe he transferred himself into an AI......they get creative in things like that and if not its at least the guys who put him in the prison

I've been reading a lot on different discussions about who is the new enemy? and people keep giving their opinion on who it will be and what their motive is the biggest issue I have with their opinions is that they don't have all the facts They take the information they know from online and tell their opinion on something they have barely touched their feet into the halo universe is vast and has gone across many platforms from game to book to comic book to legos.....yes legos count having read almost every aspect of it and watch every video i can i have a very different opinion than most do !!!!!!!!!SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!! in one of the books they talk about a dark enemy locked in a jail that was put there before even the forunners came into existence they said that anytime they came across this ancient civilizations structures even the forunners were unable to break destroy or alter anything bout them this enemy was release at some point in the book and he begins trying to escape one of the rings from what i gather they got him onto a shield world which was the Didact's world he built in secret in response to the halo's being built the artificial intelligence then has "custody" of him and although they have been able to keep him from escaping they have not been able to kill him or stop him so i feel he basically has taken over most of the computers in the shield world and has been fighting with the convenant who were sucked in there and the shield world even if its systems are compromised will not allow anyone to leave that is why you see a lot of things getting sucked into it often because it can't allow outside interference otherwise it could risk exposure to the outside universe this is just my thoughts on my information most of it is debatable but i do strongly believe the enemy is the Captive although the forunners couldn't break the mysterious prison that held the Captive the humans were able to find away basically we broke enough away where we could have a look inside and have a talk with "the captive" and only one person talked to him and they basically said yea shut the thing back up again we cannot let this thing out also lets bury it so no one can find it yea so thats my thoughts on the enemy

perhaps you should read the book that way you will know more about who the ancient enemy is
