Agreed. I guess there could be some sort of a voting process that allowed you to input feedback whether it was a legitimate custom game or not.
When you enter the lobby, there could be 4 options to choose from, each with a percentage 0%-100% positive to determine what players have voted before. Who knows.
So what you're trying to convey is basically an open lobby for curious players to test out player-made maps and gametypes straight through a Matchmaking server to eliminate the lengthy process of finding and inviting players yourself?
If so, I think it would be a great idea if everything went flawlessly. If this actually was implemented into Halo 4, I would assume that 9 times out of 10 the map/gametype would be faulty/incomplete/unfair/etc.
I guess this is why in Reach, Forge maps had to go to Bungie for consideration before they were implemented into Matchmaking.

I preordered at Walmart just because it only cost $1 to put a hold on it. I had no idea what exclusive armor I was getting, but I just found out it is the Oceanic, my faaaaavorite
After reading The Director's fact sheet...holy ****...this thing is more of a tank than...well...a tank.
If a Scorpion can only take 2 direct hits from another Scorpion, wouldn't this make the Mantis just as strong, if not stronger?
Sounds like the Mantis is hands down the most powerful weapon in the game.
Nailed it on the head, had to give you your first "like"
As for Halo 4, I have a feeling that A LOT of people using Nemesis are going to be coming after me, haha.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Chakas who was infused into 343 Guilty Spark by the Composer called Master Chief a Reclaimer because he appears humanoid with 2 arms, 2 legs, and a head all on a torso.
Remember the easter egg in Halo 2 where you glitched out of the map using a Banshee and flew all the way up on top of the building to find the Scarab Gun?
YEH, LET'Z PUT DAT IN MATCHMAYKING. GR8 IDEA. IT'Z S00 POWERFULL, IM GUNNA PWN S0 MANY N00BS.
/sarcasm
Are you on drugs?
The rocket launcher, along with a few other weapons, are already "super powerful"...then again, so is a BR in the hands of the right player.
Conclusion: the weapons don't need to get better, you need to get better
Very interesting. That puts it up in the Scorpion/Wraith tier of vehicles since they can't be hijacked either.
The Mantis is definitely shaping up to be a deciding factor of the score of a game.
I think that the EMP effect will make a huge difference, especially being able to spawn with PP as a secondary now.
If it works like the Wraith, it will temporarily shut down and be useless (preferred method).
If it works like the Scorpion, it will still be able to swivel and use its weaponry (this would probably be OP).
Agreed. It's naturally the power weapon on Countdown, which is when I always make sure to have one.
Otherwise, if someone flips my Hog when I'm on a Road Rage in BTB, I get PISSED.
