I think this "2nd TU" they're talking about will be the Competitive Skill Rank title update. One can dream Never call 343i stupid. They are the reason we're on this forum. There is definitely a method to their madness.

It's obvious how good the opponent is when you shoot a needler at them and they either back straight away or charge straight forward. They tend to die the quickest

OP is childish; don't use caps unless you're trying to emphasize something. Also italics works very well. You're right that there should be a ranking system, but you're wrong to criticize them and blame them for it. Give it time.

Definitely strong. I like to use it to split up groups of opponents, maybe if 2 or 3 are sticking together. It's also great to use indoors in small rooms to cause confusion and disorientation.
