Like a lot of people, I highly dislike not being able to drop the flag. It's downgrade from previous halo games :/ It takes away some strategy, or individual skill, and brings a new strategy, lame new strategy imo.

They don't make you overpowered at all. They're just small advantages that don't matter as much.
