    That is infact Master Chief, proven by Bungie themselves. Easter Eggs When Keyes' Pelican docks with the Autumn in the end cutscene, one can see a SPARTAN-II inside a cryo-chamber. It was unknown if this was John-117 or Linda-058 until Bungie executives confirmed that the SPARTAN-II is indeed John-117 in a Gameinformer interview. Straight from the wiki. I would have to say Jorge, one of the best characters i've seen ever.

    It will be the exact same situation with 3 and Reach, of course there will be. Like tonnes of people.

    wtf? No way, 3 had forge, revolutionary at its time. Reach had firefight and one long assed campaign. 2 had the greatest campaign of all time. CE came out when online play wasn't that popular. All just to line their pockets... -edited for language. Halo may be rated M but this site is rated E. No swearing-

    I don't understand how or even why chiefs armour changes, he was frozen in cryo since the end of 3.

    I am Killerdude1635, been loving Halo since CE and has been a cornerstone in my earlier life, i thought i'd make this intro topic as i have posted around a bit. I hope to enjoy my time here and get to know the community as you guys seem pretty nice. I'll mainly be checking in for updates and what-nots, so i probably wont post very often.

    Quite literally, so far every bad thing i originally disliked about H4 has been proven wrong, EXCEPT for the removal of the Elites in matchmaking.. I am disheartened but not broken by it..

    Do I have to buy these load out weapons? So if I want a battlerfile and a plasma rifle, I need to level up and buy these weapons? Correct?

    What about those who lack skill? It's going to be like cod, the ONLY way to have fun is to do good.. Or more specifically the higher levels will quite literally kill matchmaking for the lower levels/ ye who has no skill.

    Starting everyone with the same weapons IS balance, after that it is entirely up to lady luck and personal skill. Nothing more, nothing less. That's why I have always loved halo multiplayer, because of the balance..

    The only thig imbalances with elites in reach was jump height and move speed, nothing else. Shield strength was the same and so was health.

    If they were aiming for balance the. They've effectively removed all traces of it with specs and load out customizations.

    I know, but halo always had the "everyone begins on a level playing field" the only way to get other weapons was to pick then up. Now that we can choose from a variety weapons ruins the balance and even playing field.

    Hmm, well, I guess you're right, but they still have become a major part of the multiplayer community. Removing them removes a portion of the fanbase.

    Introducing COD features to halo, will completely ruin the balance that halo has always had.

    Wow.. 343 has betrayed us... No more Sangheili? :,( While I respect your opinion, I disagree. The elites are about as big apart of halo as the Spartans, ableit not as big. Removing elites would essentially destroy the feeling of being in halo(human vs aliens) and feel more like Cod(human vs human), but... I don't know, it just that elites are important to halo and shouldn't be removed..

    I love all missions, they had amazing story structure and smooth gameplay compared to other games of the time. But if I had to pick my least favourite, it would have to be the battle with Tartarus.. **** him and **** his invincibility! (literally HOURS spent on that one level)
