Lol, the Director's totally right. Anyways, I liked this episode. Seemed a little better than the first (but it's just my opinion) - I liked how there was a little more action in this one, but it only looks like its building up to an even bigger episode. Hopefully the battle scenes we saw in the [next time] preview will be in episode 3!

I'm going back to ol' faithful, the BR! I really like how cool the DMR is, but the Battle Rifle is a classic. I'll probably end up using both, but the BR is definitely going to be my first choice.

I've never really played Slender before, but have only heard good things...I guess. Maybe this'll be the game to get me into the series (if you can call it that - lol).

Very cool map. I like the setting and the overall layout seems nicely made and puts the player within a believeable theme for infection. The only thing I could suggest would be to add a little more cover for the zombies, so they won't get slaughtered (although perhaps you've set up the teleporters to avoid this - I just can't tell from the pictures). Overall, great job on the map!

Thanks for posting this. it is extremly informative and helpful for anyone like myself who didn't have the time to look up all the information individually elsewhere in a multitude of various sites.

Red Bull Stratos - Freefall From The Edge Of Space
Robius5991 replied to Archangel Tyrael's topic in General Discussion
I have just heard of this today. It sounds absolutely insane! I can't imagine ever being bold enough to make that kind of an insane jump. I totally respect the guy for doing this, and I commend him on how this will help in the medical adn scientific fields, but I wish him luck and hope that everything goes well.- 12 replies

Pretty sweet, I guess this makes everything official. Or unofficial... if you will. Lol, anyways, Congratz to both of you!

Cool, I'm glad you were able to fully experience the map with the proper gametype. I'm sorry that I didn't totally get your box emeple earlier, but i see what you mean. Chances are I won't be able to change anything in this map, but I'll keep it in mind for future maps (probably on Halo 4). Anyways, thanks again for your support and feedback, it's always appreciated!

What does everyone think of the new Forge map sizes?
Robius5991 replied to Archangel Tyrael's topic in Forge Discussion
I would have to say that I am loving the new themes for forge backgrounds. It's great that we now have a desert and no longer need to fake "space" atmospheres. However, I will need to agree with other players that the maps seem far too small for what I was expecting (at least from the videos we've seen). I am particularly worried about the grass map. The fact that the grassy area is so small and has specific hills (which will be present in everyone's map - if they build it there). Also, the fact that there's a giant forerunner-esque structure right next to it... I find it kind of takes away some opportunities to build some modern-period (as in regular city-scape maps). However, perhaps not everything has been unveiled to us yet. We will have to wait and see what awaits us within the Forge Worlds. I am excited for the final results! -
Welcome back Vitamin Pwn. Although I was not present during the period of your initial departure, I've heard great things about you on the forums and have myself seen your awesome participation, so I find I can say with confidence, welcome back and it's nice to meet you!

Yeah Tallgeese (I'm quoting Doc because I agree with him... and it's easier than quoting all of your explanations). Anyways, great job again giving us a very informative grouping of posts. I for one really appreciate all the work you put into helping the other players understand things about Halo 4. Thanks!

Microsoft Points to remain standard on Xbox Live
Robius5991 replied to Archangel Tyrael's topic in General Discussion
In a way, it's too bad that we won't be able to select the exact amount of money we would want to use (instead of sometimes overpurchasing since we need - let's say (totally hypothetical) 2000 MP, but have to buy 4800 MP since that's all there is in the store) - However, I guess for that kind of system to work it would be necessary to do the transfers online with a bank/credit card account, so in comparison, Microsoft Points cards are more user-friendly, since people with only cash have the option to go our and purchase these pre-set cards. All in all, i guess it's for the best that there will not be a change.- 14 replies

Yeah, the 10 are just for War Games and the other 3 revealed so far are for Forge. I really do hope at one point that they take into consideration submissions from the community - since, atleast for me, it feels like a free map-pack added to the game when we get all the community maps in matchmaking.

Lol, thanks dude. I'm happy that you think it's awesome. Check out my other maps if you like what you've seen!

Cool, I'm happy you liked it. Anyways, I don't think they're too unappreciated. Some of them, like my [PB] Assassin's Creed map, have gotten tons of comments and I do love to hear the community's opinion. So, thanks for the comment though!

Absolutely brilliant work! I love how you did the drop ships and the overall backdrop of the map is astounding. You are definitely one of the best miniature forgers I have ever seen! Keep up the great work!

Thanks dude. It seems to me that threads been almost dead for a while, so I guess I should thank you for reviving it! As for the crates, I am all out of money (or almost) but I need to ask, when you played it, did you use the proper gametype? Because with the enhanced jump height, the map is usually rather well balanced out (although that was my experience in the lobbies) I can take a look though, to see if certain parts may be removed for the sake of adding additional cover. But to be honest, he had some pretty great human-players and they almost never held out to the end.
-
Looks like a good map. I think it's a little better than the first disease map because it offers a slightly better experience aesthetically (you have some nice details in this map) and there seems to be better placed cover for the humans, thus leading to what I think will be a far nicer gaming experience, but that's just my opinion. Once you have it tested with a lobby, you'll be able to tell what you would need to change from the feedback the players give you on the game (I do this a lot with my map). Anyways, great job.

241 Overkill On Powerhouse! | 1 Clip Commentary
Robius5991 replied to iFamousFilms's topic in Halo Reach
Well done, that's a pretty cool clip. You also did a nice job with the video, good job! -
I cannot agree more with you. It's nice to see that the game that pioneered T-bagging is going to bring things up a notch. Love the intensity! Anyways, it doesn't just need to obstacle courses, there's probably a top of different mini-game ideas that can be borne from the Mantis. This is going to be epic!
