Saw that the elites were bad in the E3 Walkthrough ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lvLuzvVc5o&list=PL7EAC761C0DC4C943&index=0&feature=plcp ). Does anybody know if we will find out why they are bad again or if the arbiter will come back. Yadayadaya. If anybody has any info on this speak up plz.
