I think I would have to spread out the numbers evenly of my teamates being I don't get a bunch of scrubs but make it even an where we are not stable of course have an extra man or strength to carry the loss but that would leave a base insecure one. So I would need top of the line players backing me to make sure I have full control like leverage. Being I haven't played the game yet I would have to just really guess the structure ahead of time but I think mine is the only thing we can go off of right now. Not really creative but obvious to have an even amount on however many bases.
