Xe03 is a great community looking for new members.

):- Clan Achievement System, awarding you with +cp ( similar to XBL Gamerscore )
- Clan Tournaments, with Award Certificates mailed to winners.
- Community Forums and Chatrooms
- A Squad-Based structure, promoting a large clan, while still getting you to know some players closer.
- Custom coded website, looking for web developers.
We also take in smaller clans! If you're a clan leader, and have problems finding people to play against or need a way to get players to come to you, you can talk to us about joining our Squad Community.

Xe03 is a Clan-Community that has exactly what you need.
We're a Squad-Based community that tries to find a place for any player, serious or casual. Each of our Squad Leaders are free to set their joining requirements as they see fit, so if you don't like your squadmates you are always free to find yourself another group within the clan.

There have been a couple of references by 343i that there will be clan support. However, someone from 343i said in an interview that a clan system will be introduced through title updates in "the not-to-distant-future". So there is no exact time that we will be getting clan support, but we have been assured it will come.

I think he means it would just be tough to manage, with the number of regulations. For example, keeping in uniform would have to be checked by a member basis. Or when a map is played without air support, what the air force would do (jet packs probly).
It's pretty easy to manage the regulations of your big, but bureaucratic, or small and centralized. Xe03 is small and central (http://www.halo4clan.com)

Hello Angel of Death.
I'm currently (re) starting my H3 clan into an H4, and most of my older members have moved on.
While looking around to see how other clans were doing, I noticed your post, and am very intrigued. As a recruiting resource, your group would be an invaluable way to find great players.
My clan, Xe03, has traditionally been tight knit (a high of 24 players). As such, high skill is even more important. Would you ever consider having your group hold ranking matches for those who are actively seeking another clan? By doing so, we would find it easier to accept your recruits.
I propose some kind of partnership, though it would in no way be monogamous ( have as many partner clans as you want ). We would love to be part of your goals.

Xe03 is a Halo 4 clan looking for a small number of highly skilled members. We arrange everyone into squads, and have a highly competitive, and brotherly, atmosphere.
We were on Halo 3, and after hiatus (H:Reach wasn't so appealing), we are back up and looking for new recruits. We can take tryouts on H3 (or Reach), but we only take highly skilled players.
We pride ourselves on originality, so our site is all in-house deved. If you've got web skillz, check out the site and we will code share, co-op, and backlink.
