People criticized this a lot because almost nothing is done to prevent racism or discrimination on Xbox Live. So it seems a little controversial to only focus on sexism, as racism is a much bigger and more frequent problem.

Here in Norway they usually launch the TV commercials after the game has been released. Don't know why, but it's usually at that time I see a lot of game commercials on TV.

You can wait for a few more days, it will be worth the wait. It's better to get the full experience at the same time as everyone else and to get the feeling of playing it legally in my opinion. If I play a game early, I feel like a traitor or a cheater to everyone else who are still waiting.
