Oh great, here we go again... Seriously, this is the 1563467th thread about this topic. We know you're really sad and hurt because of the lack of shiny show-off ranks, but get over it. It's not the end of the world, Halo is about having fun. There is a ranking system, it's just running in the back ground (or behind the scenes).

I agree with you. Regarding your question, I think it will take the average of everyone's skill and use that when matching you up with other players. To the guys who are gonna moan and complain about this: I'm sorry you didn't get to show off your skill, but it's not the end of the world. Halo isn't all about showing off, it's also about having fun and a good time. Sure, it's fun to have a visual rank that says you're better than everyone else, but... We'll survive, won't we?

I have a 1080p TV as well, can't wait to enjoy the stunning graphics. The art, the scenery... Let's not forget about the amazing music either. Halo 4 just can't come quick enough!

I'm looking forward to being able to customize my own loadouts and even have skins on my guns. I'm excited to see how and if it will work though.

You're lucky you're able to remember your dreams. I can hardly recall anything from mine, except for one dream that I had a while ago. I was at a carnival, and I dressed up as a Spartan, with the armor and all. Then the Covenant invaded us and I fought to protect my friends. It was awesome.

A mix between dedictated servers and hosting seems good to me. That way we won't have to wait forever when the host leaves the game and all that. Though I still hope that a bad host will not give a bad connection for everyone.

I think all of the pre-order exclusives from the different stores will be available for everyone in post-launch DLC. So don't worry, you won't have to run around buying multiple copies from different retailers.

Yeah, I feel it makes it more balanced. You can't shoot and spam bombs as quick as you could in Halo 3.

It wouldn't fit. Elites in the War Games simulator on the Infinity? It contradicts with the plot and the canon too. It don't mind having just Spartans, but I do understand the people that like to play as Elites.

Good to hear that the AC has got an upgrade! Also, regarding the Machinima capabilities (the drop-pod falling on the guy talking made me lol btw)... Will we be able to lower our weapons?

Source? I hope this is true, in my opinion the shotgun should not be available for custom loadouts.

Exactly, there's not really any point in including them. People just complain because it's "not there". They probably won't play as them, they just want them to be there in the game because all the other games did so.

It's like people don't want Halo to change even a tiny bit. Seriously, I'm starting to wonder... If they released Halo 3 again with nothing new, would people buy it since they love it so much? That would fit their needs since they don't want change. But they wouldn't buy it, because "it's the same game". I don't even know what people want these days, they always moan and complain about something.

They don't even have that offer here in Norway. Don't you think that's a bit unfair? That almost half of all the Halo 4 players will get Double XP while others doesn't? I mean, come on...

I prefer Heroic when I'm playing through the Campaign for the first time. It gives me a challenge, and I can absorb the story at a slow and steady pace. It will also make me remember those "tough" moments even more.
