Looks like a lot of people are downgrading to Standard Edition due to the recent events. -
I'm sure the Never Forget Remix will be used near or in the end of the Campaign. I can't wait.

Oh my god, I really hope Fred and Linda are helping John defending Corbulo Academy. That would make me so happy.

1. Go to midnight launch to pick up the game and get some other goodies (t-shirt, energy drink, wristbands, Halo Legends DVD). 2. Go home and sleep. 3. Wake up, go to school, go home. 4. Open the game, smell the disc, pop it in the Xbox. 5. Scream and jump like a maniac as the game boots up and it enters the Main Menu. 6. Play the Campaign, maybe half of it. 7. Jump into War Games, play a couple of rounds. Maybe with my friends. 8. If I have time, try out Spartan Ops.

I'm not a very hardcore Pokemon player. I have played Pokemon since I was a little kid and it has always been a big part of my life. My favorite Pokemon must be Kyogre. My best party is Sceptile, Flygon, Camerupt, Donphan, Latias and Kyogre. As you can guess, my favorite region is Hoenn. -
Won't it be a little overpowered if the turning speed is unaffected when sprinting? It was annoying in Reach, and I'll probably like it a lot more without the turning speed limit, but still... It could make it too easy for us.

I know, but that's your opinion. I may save money on the DLC, but I don't even know what the DLC is or if I want it at all. When that time comes, I'll be able to decide if I want to buy it or not, which I think is a good thing. So in my opinion, it's not worth it.

Exactly. By buying Standard Edition and the first Map Pass/DLC, I will save more money than if I would have bought the Limited Edition with the Map Pass/DLC included, plus I get the two helmets. Trust me, I know my math.

That doesn't really change anything. Standard Edition buyers will still get all the specializations early if they play by November 20th. How are we spoiled when we're just trying to save money? Honestly, you seem like the spoiled one since you can just spend 100$ on something without caring much. Or maybe you're just rich... Also, this isn't about what we get, this is about principles. When they promise me something, I expect them to keep that promise and not just change the terms around whenever and however they want. That is no way to treat a customer who is spending 100$, which again is a lot of money. I'm sorry, but I can't afford to "appreciate" every Limited Edition. Especially when the alternative will save me money and at the same time give me most of the things that are in LE. I'm showing enough appreciating by buying their games, as I have done since Halo CE.

This is a first... In reality you're supporting Micro$oft more than you're supporting 343i, as 343i is a part of Micro$oft. I'm afraid that's not true as of now. According to what I read, the Standalone DLC and the LE DLC is different. If you buy the LE, the Map Pass and Map Packs will not have the two exclusive helmets that the Standalone gets. Also, the Map Pack DLC is not free, it's included in the price.
