    Welcome back one and all to the nineteenth edition of the Semi Weekly Site Poll! WOOOOOOOO! Alright now, take your seats, tally the votes and lets find a result! Getting straight to business this weeks question will be on the subject of the Halo 5 campaign. As is tradition with each Halo game they all have a single player campaign that usually follows the story of the Master Chief but also occasionally telling stories without him included. So what aspect of the campaign is this weeks poll about you ask? The thing has a whole product. Level design, story, characters, that kind of stuff. So my question to you all is? As a whole product what Halo game includes your favourite campaign? (This extends to all Halo games) As always voting ends on December 21st.     I think its been established by now how Halo Follower can be unreliable at times but for once they were bang on the mark. Here's a bit of info from a Halofollower article. "Halo 5 launched on October 27, 2015, and its first week of sales ended on October 31, 2015. In that week, it sold globally 1,457,849 physical copies according to VGChartz numbers. These numbers also included Limited Collector’s Editions and Halo 5 Xbox One bundles sold. In its first week with even less Xbox 360 consoles out in the market than Xbox Ones in the same time period, Halo 3 sold 3,811,047 physical copies. Halo 3: ODST sold 2,214,132 physical copies in its first week, and it was just a spinoff. The first week for Halo: Reach saw 3,698,137 physical copies sold. Halo 4 also sold 3,662,557 physical copies in its first week. While these are just physical copies sold, and digital has been on the rise, digital copies probably only add another 20%-30% to Halo 5‘s sales. This means the game still sold less than half of all the other main entries in the Halo franchise since Halo 3." Its obvious Halo 5 has underperformed as Ms did not actually come out with individual sales numbersfor copies sold, only everything together to make it seem like Halo is not in the decline it is. (Even Gamestop said it underperformed) So if you do compare the amount of copies sold with previous Halo records the result is the worst in recent franchise history and I think we can all guess the reasons why.

    Article one: Dice confirms it's now working on the next edition in the Battlefield franchise! With the launch of Star Wars Battlefront, development director Dan Vaderlind recently confirmed on Twitter that Dice has begun working the next edition in the Battlefield franchise. "Now that we've shipped Battlefront and a part of the team continues to work on it, I am moving on to another project, the next Battlefield." Though obviously since the game has only recently been announced information on the next Battlefield is thin. But it was confirmed that unlike Battlefield Hardline that focused on Cops and Criminals. The next edition in the Battlefield franchise will return to a military setting. Not only that but EA has stated that they are targeting a holiday 2016 release window for the next edition in the Battlefield franchise. Article two: Destiny will get an update "bigger than anything since The Taken King" in early 2016! After releasing the Taken King and launching year two of Destiny, Bungie quickly changed tactics in regards to downloadable content plans. Instead of paid expansions Bungie is focusing on free content instead. Such as Sparrow Racing or Festival of the Lost. But now Bungie has stated that the rest of Destiny's Year 2 updates will extend far beyond small limited-time events. Bungie marketing director Eric Osborne said in the studio's latest community update that the studio will be adding new "events, activities, content, and features" "The first of these early 2016 experiences will be on a scale close to Festival of the Lost" Osborne wrote in Bungie's community update. "Far larger than anything you’ve seen since the release of The Taken King. There’s also another significant update to the world and sandbox planned in this same window." Osborne also confirmed that unlike Destiny's first year, Bungie will be pumping out content much faster and consistently.     By the way can I point out that your not going to get a refund from 343. You can try asking on Halo Waypoint (that is their official site) or their twitter account but I've never heared of 343 giving someone a Halo 5 refund so you might just have to go sell it at a local games store (if you have a physical copy) and salvage what you can from there.
