    I agree, the boltshot's semi-auto mode cant even kill on its own. It depends on the player and regardless it is still useful. For example I charge the Boltshot up and aim at a player and fire. He jumps backwards and receives half the damage of a normal charge. I then fire the Boltshot and break though his shields and armour and winning the encounter. Anyway if the Boltshot was more powerful ( single shot wise ) it would be almost like the Magnum and become OP due to it really being better than the Pistol. The Boltshot is really a mixed bag and maybe just should be left out of H5G after all.

    No idea what you are talking about I checked Halopeida and Halo nation and could not find anything about Innies on Earth. My guess is : the neo-communist Koslovics and fascist Frieden ? ( yes these factions are in Halo lore )

    The only reason I didn't like the Promethean Weapons was because they were designed to fight Flood, and Flood only. Yeah, sure there's an awesome disintegration effect, but they should have made weapons designed to kill other life forms too. Like weapons they had back in the Human-Forerunner War. Well during the Human, Forerunner war weapons like Light rifles or Scattershot were used despite the Forerunners not knowing of the Flood. It is quite possible the Forerunners reached the highest technology level they could achieve. Although how these are the same damage as to bullets is.... interesting. My guess is for balance reasons and in real Halo lore Chief would die with one shot from a Light rifle

    Ripa because of this better physical ability, armour and better knowledge of Energy swords due to it being a daily part of Elites culture. Also he uses them daily while Forge this is most likely his first time. EDIT : Oh... between Thel and Ripa ! Well my answer for that is Thel mainly because Ripa has shown to be very arrogant while Thel is the exact opposite and it very calculative and Thel has also been in the Covenant military longer so... more experience.

    My overall favourite was.... The Scattershot... Nothing is more awesome than scattering your opponent to death. But really.... 343 really dropped the ball on Forerunner weapons they were either OP or UP and out of place, I hated all of them.... The Scattershot was the least hateable Forerunner weapon for me.

    ^ ? How is that not serious ? that is a fact about Halo 4 : The mantis was the only new vehicle added. It is pretty tough for me to think new facts....
