    Yoshi1176 a game like that already kinda exists it is called assassins creed 4 Black flag You can command you're own ship and upgrade and customize it as you wish ( you have full command over what you're ship does.) You can make a fleet of you're own and make them do stuff like trade corn for money and stuff you can board ships and take there stuff then you can ..... Repair you're ship with there ship. lower you're wanted level add the ship to you're fleet ( this means now you can trade it in for gemstones or add it to you're fleet if you have room ) And you can conquer forts. Yep it is everything you said up there yes it is in the 18 century but still it is everything you asked.

    Oh sorry I got confused and though noble one was the first dead noble six so with that in memory yes although noble one is not a important character in the halo franchise if he had not hit his pelican into the scarab humanity would be all but killed.

    A little while ago frank o connor was asked on twitter and he hinted at it there and so did Phil spencer on twitter as well but who knows what I can say is Halo 5 will come out in 2014 so that maybe means Halo 2 annivery will come out in 2015 < that is not its annivery.

    The point is really don't buy dlc for a game unless it is really popular because in lots of cases one bit of Dlc comes out soon forgotten then the next and the next so what was the point of the other 2 maps nothing. You were kind of conned really. BTW At least check if you can play the Dlc before you buy it.
