    Halo did become less popular but I don't think it deserved Cod is one of the worst game franchises out there they make little changes and sell you the exact game for 60 bucks and if you like more maps that were cut with the game 120 bucks for the almost exact same game. How is that fair ?

    Good idea another way to balance them could be this as well Elites has better shields While Spartans have more health Elites are bigger targets Spartans are more agile Elites are faster than Spartans.

    I would choose to live on harvest or at least one of the outer colonies ( Just pretend it was never attacked by covies for this ) because it is remote peaceful and far away from the slums of earth and the heavy military and boring politics planet of reach. Why would you not want to live here anyway ?
